Answer:	If the gown and beads can tolerate the dryer the answer is yes. However I myself would bring the gown to a professional dry cleaner.

Answer:	down comforters WASH perfectly. much fresher and cleaner than dry cleaning. i don't know the fabric of the cover of your comforter, but mine are always cotton. when drying, use a dryer " ball ", or even better, clean tennis shoes. they will fluff and distribute feathers perfectly. best way to clean a comforter !
Question:	Should I turn my clothes inside out before putting it into the dryer
Answer:	Only if clothes label says to do so. Otherwise, just be sure to group by color--lights, mediums, darks.
Question:	How does using this on a suit compare to a real dry cleaner
Answer:	This product will never replace a real dry cleaning of a suit but it does remove minor dirt/stains and refreshes the suit nicely. I have out three sport coats in at once or a full two piece suit and gotten good results. I would recommend it.

Answer:	I never tried it on a suit, but I can't see why it wouldn't. Just be sure to take the suit out of the bag as soon as the dryer shuts off.
Question:	would I be able to use it on fabric covered chairs
Answer:	If the chairs have a removable fabric cover, you can remove and place the in the Fabric Protection Bag, with cleaning cloth and place in the dryer. If the fabric does not remove from the chair, you can spot clean with the stain pen and wipe down with the cleaning cloth. We do recommend you check the fabric for color-fastness. To do so, simply wipe the cleaning cloth in a hidden area to make sure the color does not change. Also, Dryel is not recommended on the following fabrics: leather, velvet, suede and fur. Answer:	Thank you for your message regarding Dryel. Yes, you can clean drapes using the Dryel At-Home Dry Cleaning system. We recommend only filling the Fabric Protection Bag only half way full. If the drapes have a vinyl or rubber backing, you may want to reduce the time or temperature. With regards to the metal holes, be sure they do not have any sharp edges, which may snag the fabric. Question:	Can this be used to clean an old Teddy Bear in preparation for a newborn? I would use the fragrance free, of course
Answer:	I wouldn't. we found that washing stuffed toys in the machine (gentle/delicate setting) or even by hand gently, we could get not just my kid's stuffed stuff clean WITHOUT CHEMICALS, but it also worked on the dogs stuffed lambs & squirrels. use infant laundry soap or baby shampoo (if cleaning by hand). if the kid is older, Woolite can be used, regardless if by hand or by machine.
Question:	I have a suit and several ties that are fairly clean, but smell of cigarette smoke. Will this product (even the fragrance version) get the smell out
Answer:	What I do is that I use several sheets to clean the clothing if they have strong odor. I suggest you use the fragrant version. If that does not take away the odor, you might have to take them to the dry cleaner.
Question:	Why does fragrance free cost so much more than scented
Answer:	Good question! But the answer could be that people prefer the fragrance free way better, therefore they charge more because they can....

Answer:	I use these for sweaters without a protection bag and it's totally fine. Depending on the sweater material they come our a little more wrinkly, but nothing a bit of a steamer couldn't fix.

That is why I LOVE this one, it cleans using very little of the 2x solution (a small bottle is included) and then removes the water leaving you with a clean, dry floor without streaks. It is lightweight and I am nor writhing in pain when I finish.
Question:	How it cleaning corners and along baseboards? Does the unit go all the way to the baseboards
Answer:	To answer your question specifically, no, the machine cannot go flush up against the baseboard and into corners because the cleaning brushes are recessed a small distance from the front edge of the machine. There is also a small area on either side of a threshold when moving from one room to another which the machine doesn't clean very well. This happens with a change from one flooring material to another (i.e., vinyl to tile, vinyl to wood, wood to marble). But, overall, these baseboard, corner and threshold areas are small enough that I can use a soft cleaning tool such as a mop or sponge, to my satisfaction. I hope this helps.Judy

Is it possible to clean my carpet too often?

Not at all with a dry carpet cleaner. The more often a carpet is cleaned with Capture Carpet & Rug Dry Cleaner, the longer it will maintain its original appearance. It's an excellent idea to clean high traffic areas and areas of heavy soiling regularly and to clean entire rooms several times a year.

Should I wait until my carpet shows soiling before I have it cleaned?

Will dry carpet cleaning destroy my soil-resist or stain-resist treatment?

No. It's not necessary to reapply stain-resistant treatments after every carpet cleaning. However, foot traffic can destroy some soil resisting treatments. Soil and stain resisting treatments should be reapplied after every two to three carpet cleanings if the carpet is cleaned regularly. Carpet that is not professionally cleaned every 12 to 18 months may require a stain-resistant treatment after each carpet cleaning.

Answer:	Good question. I recommend sprinkling it the best you can out of the container and use the brush to spread it out more evenly. **note we are working with the manufacturer to improve the lid and make is a true "shaker".

Capture Carpet & Rug Dry Cleaner is safe for use in all vacuums. We regularly test Capture's compatibility with a variety of machine models as they enter the marketplace. Capture dry cleaning powder is about the same size as sand, so it's not so small to clog filters or bags. The only way Capture powder (or for that matter, any particulate) to get to the motor of a vacuum is improper mounting the dust collection bin or bag. If a bin or bag is not properly placed, the air flow will bypass collection and carry all particulates deeper into the vacuum cleaner. Always make sure to check the bin or bag before vacuuming to protect your cleaning machine.

Can I use Capture Powder on Wool, W, S, or X Coded Fabrics?

Yes! But, before cleaning your sofa or chairs, check its cleaning code on the tag. The code may be W, S, or X. On fabrics with the "W" cleaning code, apply Capture PreMist and the Carpet & Rug Dry Cleaner. On "S" coded fabrics, use only the Capture Carpet & Rug Cleaner powder (no PreMist). It may take two applications, depending on the fabric. On "X" coded fabric, we don't recommend using Capture.
