Answer:	They are capsule size, no you cannot break in half b/c they contain powder in a capsule.

Answer:	Depends on how toxic your body is. This depends on your diet, how many tooth fillings you have, and your environment. Do not do any cleanse on a daily basis. You need to cleanse on and off so the body can move the toxins out of the cells. Support your kidneys, liver, and GI tract, and use binders to eliminate toxins in your GI tract. If you cleanse every day your body cannot filter the toxins out properly. Start with 4 days on / 3 days off, then a few weeks later switch to 5 days on / 2 days off, then a week or two later allow the liver time to heal by using only 1 or 2 days on / 6 or 5 days off. The main point is that you do not want to cleanse all the time. Pulse on and off. Give the liver and body time to do its job and ALWAYS drink extra (distilled) water to flush all those toxins out. Answer:	I’m not sure what the medium is, but if it’s the margin it is about 1 1/2 inch wide. There is a perforation the length of the page to easily remove the sheet.

Answer:	I order this one fairly regularly. Generally, you get a plastic cover that I wouldn't characterize as "flimsy." It's nothing like a Mead. Maybe it's twice the thickness? I don't have a Mead to compare to currently. In any case, it's a good cover. Between the flimsy plastic you're used to and the leather, glue-bound. One time, however, I did get a hard cover one. While it was durable, I prefer the plastic one, because the hard cover was heavier, inflexible, and actually rough on the inside pages.

Answer:	Yes, they do, but if you are worried about them detaching easily I wouldn't be. I have owned this particular kind of notebook for about a year now, and haven't had a single page fall out or even tear accidentally. The perforation is so slight that you would have to purposefully tear it in order for it to do so, yet makes the removal neat and stress-free. I hope this answers your question.

I purchased the blue/grey version with the wire bound notebook and it was removable. The notebook just sits inside with its cover tucked into a pocket to secure it.
