Answer:	180 pages, I described it more clearly, then you will understand more clearly, most people used Moleskine, it's nearly 1.5 times thickness of Moleskine.

Answer:	The grid is exactly 2 squares per centimeter. A page is a full 28 squares across plus a 1/4 to 1/2 square leftover. The notebook opens flat, and the grid lines up almost perfectly between pages!

Question:	Has anyone compared this to true 120 gsm paper to confirm that that is the weight of it? Seems too good to be true
Answer:	Based on the product I purchased, there was no option to make customizations.
Question:	Are the pages numbered
Answer:	I use G2 pens exclusively with my Moleskine and I don't find that they bleed through, BUT there is some ghosting, particularly with the 0.7 or thicker. The 0.38 is good and doesn't have any bleeding or ghosting but it is too fine a point for my preference so I use the 0.5 and that's a happy compromise. Ghosting is negligible, bleed through non-existent... BUT, to be perfectly, candid, I am almost done with my Moleskine and I won't buy another one. Partly because the paper isn't really conducive to any type of pen other than a rollerball (ugh): I primarily use fountain pens and the Moleskine is horrible for those and the gel pens (I only use G2 when I use a gel pen) leaves little globs of gel on the paper so I do get a lot of smudging. Doesn't happen with my Rhodia books (my preference) or the couple of STM (Scribbles that Matter) books I've tried.
Question:	How many rows and columns of dots on each page
Answer:	The pages aren't numbered but it looks to hold about the same amount as a composition notebook of 100 pages. They are thick pieces of paper.

Answer:	This 'focused sessions' area helps you to focus on each tasks you write off to the MUST DO FOCUS ACTIVITIES ( to-do list) column. There is a very popular technique called TIMEBOXING and this section is help you to use it to be more focused and productive. When you jot down your daily tasks, you have the opportunity to allocate a fixed time period called TIMEBOX (15-20-25 minutes) within which planned activity takes place. It is apployed in project management and for personal time management. In the QUICK START GUIDE you received with the planner you'll find a detailed explanation how to use this section. But it is very simple to use. For example I have a business task which is a 1 hour activity. I break it down for four 15 minutes timebox and I start to work on the task. 15 minutes later I take a short break and then go back and focus another 15 minutes on the activity. And on and on until I finish the task. This way you can be much more effective.
