Answer:	Way too big; I'm an adult female and I am going to have to add an inner headband or liner before mine will even be close to a good fit. It's pretty big.

Answer:	Yes it is stiff and good looking but still a costume hat, as made from felt. But very impressed with them, the guys (with all sizes of heads) looked great in them.
