Answer:	Yes. They are not really 9x11 even though that is how it is advertised. This is a standard size notebook.

Answer:	Never had this happen. Try calling customer support.
Question:	Does it work with macbook pro 15". Is it helpful in cooling my laptop
Answer:	This will charge about anything. It has (4) 1 amp chargers for things like phones and (2) two amp charges for things like ipads and tablets. I have a note 5 and we typically charge 3 phones 2 tablets and a portable back-up battery at the same time. I actually own (3) of these two at our home up north and one in Florida.
Question:	Is there any advice for the hook comfortability? They dig into my wrists and hurt
Answer:	I've had this product for almost 6 months and I leave mine plugged in at all times. I typically keep 2 USB data cables plugged into the unit and add/remove others as needed.

Answer:	Had to look up 'tracfone', but if it is a smart phone, yes. I use this for my Kindle, iPhone, iPad. My girlfriend used it for her Samsung and some tablet that was not an iPad. All were charged w/o a problem. In fact, I think she purchased one.

Question:	When using a ball point pen on it, does the ink seep through to the other side of the paper? Some paper will do this, if thin enough
Answer:	Ink does not seep through. The pages aren’t super thick, so you can see writing on the opposite side of the paper when turning the page, but it is mostly invisible when the page as flat against another.

Answer:	During Back to School sales you can often find this product offered for 50 cents at many different stores.
Question:	Are these stitched down the middle like Mead? I know some of the others the pages fall out with daily use. Wanting to know if these will hold up
Answer:	Yes, these are just like mead composition notebooks.

Question:	First pages after cover are blank. Does it immediately go into journal pages, or is there filler, like calendar/conversion tables/addresses/etc
Answer:	The first page is blank as is the second. Kind of like how books are printed with a thicker quality paper as a binding page. Then it goes right into lines journal pages. Though the first page and the last page aren’t quiet as wide cause they’re stuck to the binding pages. And don’t try to pull it apart cause the whole journal loses its structural integrity. Also at the end there is a pocket that you can store things in

Question:	How many lines per page? Are they college rule, wide rule or narrow
Answer:	30 lines, college ruled.
Question:	How does it compare In quality to Moleskin notebooks
Answer:	I've used both. Moleskin has thicker paper so you don't get the bleed through if you use fountain pens, cover/binding is somewhat stronger as well. For the AmazonBasics i use Gel pens, or Pencils no bleed through paper as thinner, i have also covered the cover/binding with contact paper clear/Pattern to add strength, you don't have to but i found it helps keeping them looking nice during everyday use. AB Notebook isn't the top quality, but for the price it is pretty nice.

Answer:	I didn’t see one with the same detail in a larger size

Answer:	Unfortunately no. I previously offered a larger version, but it did not sell well enough compared to the 6x8.5 inch, so therefore I couldn’t order a large enough quantity from my manufacturer to offer it at a fair price. I apologize for that.

Question:	what is the country of origin
Answer:	No.... the pages are bound with a spiral wire binding. It would be difficult, if possible, to replace the pages, even if they were available. That said, BUY this journal. It is the most well thought out, logical journal that I have found. I look forward to buying more of them, to support the author/developer. This is the first one of these that I have purchased that I actually USE!
