Answer:	OMG , these questions. REALLY ?! IT depends on how much YOU bounce when you jog! Some people run, sorry, JOG, more smoothly than others. But HANG ANYTHING, and whatever isn't held down, is going to bounce and flop all over the place. If you can attach all "ends " or corners, and it will still bounce as whatever platform its attached is bouncing, but at least it won't be flopping around the length of the bottle (the distance from the end that IS attached to the unsecured end). You HAVE heard of this thing called gravity, right?
