Answer:	First, let me apologize for any concern you may have over the safety of this Samsill product. We are a Seller of this product and have checked with the manufacturer and it appears that the product was labeled incorrectly but be assured it is completely safe. The State of California has the most stringent regulations in the world and requires manufacturers like Samsill to label products containing DINP, based on California Proposition 65, with the warning label you saw on the padfolio. Samsill always has and always will put the quality and safety of their products as the top priority. Samsill believes that there is no public health risk associated with any of their products and they have transitioned away from materials and products on California's list, but added warning labels for a period of time. Again, this product does NOT have DINP in it and is completely safe.
