| Answer: | No. In the interest of other people who may be confused: The previous person who answered the question does not seem to understand the question in terms of people who are familiar with the different aspects of cards. "Traditionally cut" in this case refers to the direction in which the machine cuts the sheets. The newer (faster, cheaper) method leaves the angles of the edges cut in such a way that makes a faro shuffle and various other maneuvers used by gamblers, magicians, and the like, more difficult. If the stock and finish are less than top quality, it's almost a guarantee that they are non-traditionally cut as well. Hope that helps some peeps. |
