Question:	does this version support the import of files from the old 1996 version of mylabels
Answer:	I don't think it does. The instructions say it does but this program just doesn't function like the older version. I worked with it three or four months and switched back to my old version. I had to fix up an old computer with an older operating system but it is now my designated label machine. I imagine if you bought this first you would be happy but it just doesn't work like our old system.

Answer:	I'm not a real expert on this program, but it does appear to have a template for the Avery 5392, 3x4 name badge. They show as 2 across by 3 down. Hope this is helpful to you.

Answer:	I'm not sure what type of label this is. It does offer an Avery 5510 label, which is 3 across and 10 down.

Answer:	Nope and getting support is terribly hard. There is no 800 number. You email and they get back to you wiht in 48 hours. Their next answer is usually call your computer support company. When you are printing labels for a business, you don't ahve 48 hours to wait for an answer.

Answer:	You can also print one-time labels without having to add a name to EZ. I print labels that have nothing to do with addresses like labeling a box "Outdoor Christmas Lights". You can also make temporary changes to an address book entry before printing the label. I know because I wrote EZ and use it daily - Jeff.

Answer:	Hi Jessica, yes I just checked and tried it myself, you can search by the letter of the last name; not only that but by first name only, by address, by phone, by work place, work phone, fax number, email, web sites, city, cell phone, by more than I would have ever thought of. To me in my humble opinion, this is by far the best program EVER!! Truthfully, I still have not discovered everything it can do. I hope you go on their website and see a demo (I believe they have one) and all the fabulous features available. Plus, even better, you can back it up to any device you wish. I have it backed up on a flash drive, in DropBox.com and on an external hard drive. The reason is I have lost so many important things over the years due to computer crashes and my neglect to backup my data, so as you can see, I try to cover all bases and feel no shame that I have 2 to 3 locations for things that are very important to me. Answer:	I like the sooty smell of Chinese ink, but I think the bottle I recieved has some floral-type scent added? I prefer the raw, fire-wood smell of plain ink, without cover-up scents that can be a bit over-powering.

Answer:	Yes it is. Ignore the other replies. Once it is dry, it does not change and it does not need any fixative or anything the like. The way Chinese painting and calligraphy is mounted is a process that requires a paste be gently brushed to the back of the painting, so a backing can be applied to it to reinforce it and completely flatten it and allow the rich variations (shades and gradations, what the Chinese call the "five colors" of the ink,) to show. You dilute Chinese ink with water to obtain all the myriad shades of grey you want, but if you are using it right and you are using Chinese Xuan (usually referred to as rice) paper you are good to go and the ink does not come off after it dries! You can even soak the paper in water and dry it again! If you are however using other kinds of paper, I suggest you experiment with it as some papers do not absorb ink and differ from Chinese Xuan paper in many different ways.

Answer:	Yes there is a special section under "other projects" with invitations to just about everything, you can use these or you can design your own from the template.
Question:	does this program let you make postcards
Answer:	I'm not sure. The program is more controlling than previous card programs I've had which allowed more personal creativity. This may be more of a printer determination; if your printer can feed the cardstock in that size, perhaps it would work.
Question:	Can I use this program offline
Answer:	I can’t becuz I downloaded from the Net. If you have the disk, you should be able to.
Question:	How many fonts are included? Any similar to calligraphy

Answer:	These labels are not waterproof. We do offer a waterproof material in Avery 64505 for laser and pigment-based inkjet printers.

Answer:	No they don't have a green border, they're just showing you a design that you can put on the lable. However the labels aren't solid white they're pearlized ivory, I hope this helps you.

Answer:	Avery offers so many different templates to use that’s why I like to use them only. I have tried to use word on address labels and they never lined up properly.
