Answer:	Since I used the labels that I didn't realize were included with the mini canning jars I also ordered, I did not use these. However, if you fill the inside jar with boiling water and at the same time blow hot air from a hair dryer on the front of the label, it should soften the glue enough for easy removal. Any sticky residue can then be removed with a few drops of Goo Gone.

I'd contact the manufacturer as opposed to Amazon because simetimes a manufacturer will make returning your item better by giving you something extra for the inconvenience. Of course, Amazon is good for a return, too, although if you still want a new one, you'll have ro re-order it. Good luck!

Question:	will these work to apply on the smooth oval on ball 8 oz. jelly jars
Answer:	It looks like a standard 2oz Amber Boston glass bottle is around 1.5" wide and 4.5" tall. So this label should be able to fit around the circumference of the bottle or possibly even vertically depending on how much space the neck of the bottle takes. But we would recommend checking the dimensions of the bottle you are using just to make sure. Also, if you need the labels to be waterproof or chemical resistant then one of our GHS Chemical Labels will be a better option. Hope this helps!

Answer:	Yes, I used them on jars six months ago and they still look great!
Question:	Can these be put on hard plastic tubes? I tried a different style and they are coming off, not so great for wedding favors
Answer:	They do leave a residue when you try to pull them off while dry. I'm assuming goo gone or an oxyclean soak would work.
