The label material itself will likely hold up to the conditions, but I am not sure how the ink from your inkjet printer will hold up when exposed to sunlight & salt water. You may see the colors fade quickly when exposed to UV light & salt water. The results will vary depending on your inkjet printer and the colors used so I would highly recommend testing the product to see if you are happy with the results.
