Answer:	I always store mine "cap up" so the ink flows away from the tip. Never really had that problem.

Answer:	I presume you are asking about the color of ink with which it writes. If you purchase a "Rolling Writer" pen which has a black case and top, it will write with black ink. If you purchase a pen which has a blue case and top, it will write with blue ink. If you purchase a pen which has a red case and top, it will write with red ink, etc. Bob
