Answer:	They are strong magnets that will work to unlock most magnet locks including the DreamBaby Locks.
Question:	How do you remove them
Answer:	These magnetic keys are not attached to the cabinet. To use the key, you hold the magnet on the opposite side of the door/cabinets/drawer where the lock is located. If you are referring to the actual lock removal, there are different methods for attachment. Most of these type of locks use double sided foam tape from 3m with the option to use small screws. To remove the locks, pull the tape off or unscrew the screws.
Question:	How do you open the casing to flip the magnet
Answer:	Our new style keys do not come open easily for safety reasons. You can try just touching the domed top part of the key against the lock to use on different polarity locks , or you can try dropping the key onto a hard floor, and it may pop open from that type of force. Answer:	it is not waterproof and I would not recommend putting it outside.

Answer:	Not sure how I can help. Did you recently purchase the unit? Do you still have the instruction manual on resetting the code, etc? I would check to make sure that there is either a lighted LED flash or a sound like a beep. If it's not the batteries then its a problem with the keypad. Maybe check the contactor's where the batteries insert and make sure they aren't bottomed out. I believe there is a red reset button on the backside of door that you can use to reset code. All codes end with you entering in E, so ****E to open door, etc. I also think there is a video on YouTube showing this but its been a while since I was on there looking at this. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I'm not sure about having more than one combination, and don't see anything in the instructions about it. Yes the combination can be changed as needed. Also, you didn't ask about this, but it does come with a master key that can be used to open it, as well as the combination.

Answer:	It does NOT shut automatically. You will need to close, turn the center dial lever from "unlock" to "lock" position. I tried and see if turning it half-way will lock it--it doesn't. However, "Close--Push--Turn to lock" is not at all complicated. Locking procedure will not work, or the door won't engage, ONLY IF you have someone who simply doesn't care to follow this very simple procedure the lock won't work, in which case, working with someone who won't/cannot follow something so simple and important in itself is an issue....(what else is not done at work properly....???)

Answer:	Not an easy break-in. Its constructed pretty well. No exposed hinges, Heavy welded frame / box. The weak link is probably how you attach it to your wall. An ambitious criminal could tear the whole box off the wall then break into it at their leisure.
Question:	What's the horizontal shackle clearance
Answer:	It is not waterproof, there is no gasket on the door and the back has mounting holes that would allow water to penetrate the box.
Question:	What is the maximum distance btwn the top of the lock and the of the shackle? The length of the item being locked is 5.5 inches

1. Please clean and dry the surface before installing (Very important)

2. Use the installation ALIGNMENT CRADLE ( 1 Per package, need only one cradle to install all your locks) to position the locks location

3. Peel off the adhesive film

4. Stick the striker plate to the frame

5. Stick the lock to the door or drawer (Test it for screws and nails before you stick the lock if it's effected by a nail or a screw inside the door)

6. Close the cabinet door or drawer and check for proper fit. Can be repositioned immediately

7. IMPORTANT: There must be 1/8 to 1/4 inches of space between the lock and striker plate when locked. If the door fits tightly, it can not unlock

8. Once aligned PRESS FIRMLY for 5-10 seconds on to the locks and latches for better bonding

9. MOST IMPORTANT: DO NOT TEST it right away; leave it unlocked and allow 24 hours for adhesive to dry before usage for maximum strength

10. The locks are shipped off position, flip the switch to on position before use

LOCK DOES NOT ENGAGE

Since the locks also contain a magnet, they can be affected by any nails or staples that may be present inside the cabinet doors. Before attaching the lock, you can move it around the inside of the door, leaving the lock in the locked position. If the attaching hook moves or drops into the lock body, it has detected a ferrous metal inside the cabinet door. Simply move the lock away until the locking hook is no longer affected.

LOCK WON'T UNLOCK

When attaching the flat striker plate to the cabinet or dresser frame, please leave enough space so that the door or drawer can open just slightly (1/8 –1/4 inch) when locked. This space allows the lock to clear the striker when being opened using the magnetic key. If the lock is in contact with the striker plate, it will just mesh even more tightly; as it is designed to do.

LOCK DOES NOT STAY ATTACHED

Some cabinets have a fingerprint-resistant surface that makes the tape harder to adhere to. A handy little clamp that you may use to hold the locks firmly to the cabinet doors while the 3M tape is curing. This procedure isn’t normally required, but helps to cabinet locks stay secured. Optional screws can be used if necessary.
