Answer:	yes, you can. take a picture of the damaged or return the items before the time to be expired.

Answer:	I would say yes. However, the last bin or the 4th pocket counting the top pocket as number 1 is not as deep as the other three. I bought one set then bought a second set. They sit on my table but I would think they could be hung especially with the 3M strip.

Answer:	The 2.75", 4", 4.5", 4.5" seems pretty accurate. In response to the reviewer that said they should be deeper, I thought that originally, but after using them for a couple of months they are close to perfect. I have a variety of pens, pencils & highlighters in the organizer. A full length colored pencil sticks out quite a bit when it is brand new, but after it is sharpened a few times, it is obvious that by the time it is 1/2 way thru the pencil, it will be totally in the holder. Every pen & pencil is easily seen & very easy to take out & put away. I like the way it works. The very bottom bin is pretty small, but makes a good place for small post-it tabs & lead refills.

Answer:	I do not have just pens in this. I have stylus, craft tools, and other items. I do have 10 fine point Sharpies in one and 10 paint pens in another. Question:	Couldn't you just put all the containers on a lazy susan rather than putting the base on a lazy susan
Answer:	If you don't have the raised edges on the base, there's nothing to keep them from flying off the lazy susan.
Question:	Does this swivel
Answer:	No it doesn't, but it's nice that the individual sections come out.
Question:	How well does this store crayons? Is it easy for the kids to put away and find crayons in the compartments? Do the crayons fall over easily
Answer:	I removed the cardboard boxes (inserts) from a 96 count crayon box & created a triangle shape within 1 wedge. I filled in the middle with loose crayons (approximately 1 additional box/insert of crayons). Problem solved! No crayons fall over.

Answer:	Hi, the center part deep 5.7"(14.5cm) , the lower part deep 3.9"(10cm)
Question:	How wide is each of the compartments in the lower level? I want use it to organize remote controls, which are about 2 inches wide
Answer:	Yea that should work fine. My firetv controller fits in there with plenty of room. I use it for art supplies, brushes, etc. it’s very sturdy. Should work fine to hold smaller controllers. The slot is about 2” on the inner circumference and about 2 1/2” on the long. About 1 5/8” wide. I almost got my Bose soundbar controller in there but the controller is just a little bit to wide. The buttons hit about half way in.
Question:	Will it hold 120 colored pencils
Answer:	I use mine to hold about 110 sharpie markers so my guess is that it would easily accommodate 120 colored pencils.
