No Shock Mode:

Press “M” Button and the green icon indigated. The dog bark collar beeps then vibrates when it detects triggers. The lit green vibration icon could help you obviously identify the bark collar is running a No Shock Collar. You could train your dog in a milder and humane way under the No Shock Mode.

Shock Mode:

Press “M” Button and the red lightning icon indicated and turn it into a dog shock collar. You could adjust 5 sensitivity levels showed on the screen to adapt to different situation.

Answer:	You can contact service @ nvkvip. com . I strongly recommend you use its. The remote control is of good quality. I like that it can display the battery life of the two units on the remote control. So far, a single charge of the remote control and the collar has lasted more than two weeks. My dog responds well to the beeping sound, even only tied to the collar, so I can't see the electric shock function is needed.
