Answer:	Not that I know of. The replacement wires I've seen are just the same as the original. You'd have to contact the manufacturer, but I doubt this model would work with a wider heating element. There might be a different model of sealer that could utilize a wider seal.

Answer:	Hey Ryan, This unit does not have an internal blower wheel, so there are no real CFM’s for the MJ-950, however at the tip it does get to 1400 degrees F on full throttle. You can do a lot of damage at such high temps. And if that’s not hot enough, I don’t know what would be. Just be really careful if you go that route. Hope this helps! Kevin

Answer:	Not a good idea for several reasons, I'll only pick one: Car door handles contain plastic, as do the locking mechanisms. You would be better served to use a lock deicer rather than a heat gun. This unit gets hot enough to remove the paint from your car, so you'd surely melt the lock and handle into so much useless gunk.

Question:	Can I put these tubing on my tools to insulate for electrical work
Answer:	...which electrical? Automotive ? 12 volt range? Go for it. ...home wiring? 120-240 volts? Should be safe enough, however one does not know what the dielectric strength of the heat shrink is. Back Muppet Labs and break out the test gear, Beeker! ..residential power lines/h.v. transmission lines? Really? Use the approved tools. Don't reinvent the wheel.
Question:	CAn it be used for 12 awg or 10 awgg electrical cable
Answer:	Of course, I bought this set cuz I needed a heat shrink tube that was large enough to fit over my true 4AWG of OFC power & ground wire for my 3500watt amp & the largest 13mm pieces were just large enough to fit on my 4AWG & since I ran 10AWG for my speaker wire I can absolutely assure that this set has plenty of sizes that would fit perfectly for 10 & 12AWG Sized wire. Question:	Can the tubing be cut in half lengthwise to get it over wiring which has a plug already attached, and still be heat Shrank
Answer:	I'd suggest just cutting the cord near where you are trying to repair, sliding the tube on one end of the cut, then splice the wires, slide the tube over the splice and the original damaged area, and shrink it.
Question:	Can the be shrunk with a hair blow dryer
Answer:	We went over it lightly with a long lighter to shrink it. a heat gun would work on high. Hair dryer doesn't get hot enough.

Can I heat sublimate a plate

Answer:

Hello, UV resistance requires a special type of plastic resin along with a special additive, neither of which are included in this wrap or 99% of other consumer grade stretch films, just so you have an honest scope as some companies may try to mislead customers. Of course just applying this film will provide some sort of protection from the sun but we cannot advertise it as specific UV protection. Hope this helps.

Answer:	It's like Saran wrap you use in your kitchen. You stretch it while wrapping something, it clings to itself.

Answer:	The handle and wrap does not spin, you allow the handle to spin in your hand as you wrap and squeeze your hand when you want to stretch or tear off
