Answer:	Not that I know of. The replacement wires I've seen are just the same as the original. You'd have to contact the manufacturer, but I doubt this model would work with a wider heating element. There might be a different model of sealer that could utilize a wider seal.

Answer:	Hello, the handle does not spin however it is made out of a type of cardboard which easily turns in your hand and when you want to apply tensions you simply grasp the handle a little tighter. This allows for effective and efficient use of the plastic, something a spinning handle will not allow. Hope this helps!

Answer:	I wouldn't. Yes, it would seal them, assuming you wrap them enough times, but then you'd be sitting on plastic wrap, the equivalent of Saran Wrap. Highly uncomfortable. I'd recommend wrapping the cushions in fabric instead.
