Answer:	I am not sure. It was a gift to my grandson.

Answer:	Crayola twistable colored pencils do fits in this case. I personally have half of it with prismacolor colored pencils and then I have the rest Crayola twistables. The twistables fit a little tighter than the color pencils but it works perfect.

Answer:	I’m not sure what that is, but it has fit everything from gel pens to sharpies

Answer:	3 and 3/4 inches

Answer:	To extend the tube or shorten it twist the two pieces in opposite directions to unlock, move the two pieces to the desired length then twist the two pieces in the opposite direction you originally did to lock in place. The tube is well made and is exactly what we need to protect the banners we take to events.
Question:	will this hold a 12" poster or would it be too tight of a fit
Answer:	Yes, it's the interior length. Just a warning, extending it to full length is great for big posters (mine was 48" tall) but it does mean that you can't use the strap. The strap isn't long enough to have any room for your arm once you extend it fully.
Question:	Are the 2 x 12 dimensions internal or external? If external, how deep do the caps go into the tube
Answer:	Very disappointed with product description! I am so tired of products not giving the proper information. It says 31.3 x 5 x 4.2 inches.What would you think that meant? The inside dimensions are 5 Inches or 4.2 inches. Well not even close. At best the inside dimension is 3.25 inches.

Answer:	Hi Rosario, The end caps pop off. They are snug so if it is too tight you can use something as leverage to pop them off.

Answer:	Yes. I used it to ship 11” x 17” posters.

Answer:	The overall length of the tube is 13.25”. The caps extend 7/16” inside each end, for a total reduction of the internal length of 7/8”. Thus the inside length with the caps installed is 12-3/8”. The outside diameter is about 2-3/16”, and the inside diameter is about 1-31/32”. Hope this helps.

Question:	What width can the rolled document be? I've got archival blueprints that have a few pages that I'm worried will be too wide when rolled up
Answer:	The top unscrews to open. In order to expand, you must remove one side of the strap. The tube will then slide and you turn to lock it at that position. Works great!
