Answer:	I don't use them that was but I don't see why they wouldn't work. Ive used printer's and envelopes before and don't know why these wouldn't work. There's nothing that I can see that keep these from working.

Answer:	I would have to disagree with the other post - the piece that you pull off is a treated paper. This makes it not stick to the seal until you are ready to utilize and seal the envelope. It would not be considered plastic, however. It is a treated paper that is slick on one side. Hope this helps!

Answer:	I like these envelopes. The weight is similar to a regular envelope, but it has security tints and I have used them to send docs. You just can't overload the envelope. Answer:	Yes they do. I love these envelops for mass mailings.
Question:	Are these envelopes heat resistant, meaning they could be printed with a laser printer without damage to the plastic window
Answer:	These are not heat resistant. I ran 5 through my laser printer and 2 came through successfully but severely warped on the plastic window. The third had the window completely melt and leave part of the plastic in the printer causing a jam. These cannot be used in a laser printer.

Question:	What is the maximum enclosure size
Answer:	I can fit a paperback book which is a little over 1/4" thick 5 1/2" x 8 1/2 nicely in the envelope. However I feel a flat card 6 x 9 should fit as well.

Answer:	don't remember , but they are good quality
Question:	Confusing feedback. Some say self sealing others moisture sealed? Some say can see through them others say they can't? Did everybody get the same box
Answer:	These are moisture sealed, people who got self-sealing either got the wrong product or don't know that they received moisture sealing envelopes.
Question:	Can these fit 8x11 printer paper
Answer:	Yes they're a standard size and I use them for mailing out flyers on 81/2 x 11 printer paper, folded of course. Hope this helps.

Answer:	About half an ounce.
Question:	Can you print a label directly on to envelope
Answer:	No not on my printer. The envelopes are too big to fit in or feed into my printer. I print a label and stick it to the envelope.

Answer:	No. Manilla folders are hard card stock. These envelopes are not that thick. They are standard envelope thickness, like a #10 envelope is

Answer:	Great for documents letters. The thickness is I would say 26-28pound paper thickness. I use it for letters. I bought because I am sorting out sixty years of accumulation. Returning photos to family I don’t need.
