Answer:	Yes, it has a sticky back that prevents it from moving or bunching up. Works great on hard floors!!

Answer:	It will reduce the noise. Its a good mat. I bought in to save the laminate.

Answer:	I doubt it, the film isn't really sticky, it just adheres to flat surfaces like hardwood.
Question:	It cracked in less than in 6 months can i get my money back
Answer:	I do not know for certain because I don't have neighbors below, but I think it would because it is almost like a carpet.
