Answer:	There is a good set of instructions, each piece is clearly labeled, all screws are included, and best of all - a screwdriver is included too. All the pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly, so it took me less than 10 minutes to assemble the 2 pieces. Once completed, you can adjust the width of the 2 by sliding them together or apart. One of my favorite desk accessories and it looks amazing as well.
