Answer:	No.... the pages are bound with a spiral wire binding. It would be difficult, if possible, to replace the pages, even if they were available. That said, BUY this journal. It is the most well thought out, logical journal that I have found. I look forward to buying more of them, to support the author/developer. This is the first one of these that I have purchased that I actually USE!

Answer:	I'm not certain which smaller one you are referring to, as this larger notebook may have more pages than the smaller one, or just contains more material overall, warranting a higher price. This is the lowest price I found on this notebook, and the organizing tabs included make it possible to be really organized.

Answer:	It does have lines, although another BlueLine product may not have lines. The paper is of high quality, the notebook opens in such a way that it is easy to take notes, use as a journal, and the pages can easily tear out as they are perforated. The notebooks are extremely well constructed.
