Answer:	Print from the bottom. When you remove the insert you can still use the rest of the rows.

Answer:	I ordered this same product twice and both times they arrived damaged and I haven’t used them. They probably work fine but do a couple trial runs on plain paper to make sure your alignment is perfect. Also they are half sheets not whole sheets. The printable tabs that come included with the hanging folders work great.

Answer:	The part that holds the label is roughly 2 inches. The part that inserts into the hanging file folder is wider. Works out to 5 tabs per hanging folder.

Question:	Are these Acid-free, archival-safe with nonstick cover that won't cling to inserts and lift print away? I'm trying to archive important letters
Answer:	I'm pretty sure they are not. I've used these for years. I think they are better than they used to be - the ones they made a few years ago would lift off print if you left the document in the sleeve for too long. They have improved the product, and that has not happened to me lately. They are a great product - I use them for everyday organizing of my paperwork, but I would not trust them for archival purposes.I have tried another product from Impact Images called "Acid Free and Archival Quality Bags/Envelopes". They are crystal clear. I bought mine at the Container Store. Doesn't look like they sell them on Amazon but lots of other choices available from Amazon if you search "acid free".
Question:	Can plastic files holders fit? I want to quickly exchange papers
Answer:	I am sorry to be slow responding to your question!!! I don't think so. It holds 8 1/2 x 11 paper, but I tried inserting a manila folder and it was too wide for the slot. I think that would be a similar size of a plastic file holder.

Question:	Can you really use an inkjet printer for these? I find the ink smears if made for laser and this package says you can use either one
Answer:	I didn't have any problem with ink smearing. I have an HP Photosmart 6520 Printer.
Question:	Are these a nice thick cardboard that will stay inside the tab or are they a thin paper label
Answer:	They're thick enough to stay in place, and they're formatted so that you can print the same label side-by-side and fold the label in half to more easily see the label from both sides, and keep it in place. You won't get as many labels per sheet doing it that way, but you also don't have to do the (for me) mind-boggling mental exercise of "if I put the paper in this way, which side comes up first so I don't print the wrong thing on the back of the label."
Question:	Do these inserts fit into the clear tabs that come with the green hanging folders, like the ones sold by Pentaflex? Want typed not handwritten tabs
Answer:	I am pretty sure they would. These tabs come with inserts though, and you probably can set up the printer to print on them as well. These items are usually made to match. However, make sure you check the sizes of the clear tabs, they come in different sizes, and order the size that matches the inserts. I hope this is what you were asking.
Question:	Can you print individual labels without messing up the entire sheet
Answer:	As other users have responded: yes, you can print individual labels, as long as your application program supports it. I find it works best when I select to print the label at the BOTTOM of the sheet first, then work my way up the sheet. This leaves the "thicker" part of the sheet at the top, which gives the printer something less flimsy to grab onto as it feeds the sheet through the rollers.

Answer:	Likely. I hang mine in a plastic file box. The pullout tabs that allow it to hang don't stick out any further than the hooks on a hanging file folder. It may depend on how much room there is on the outside of the supporting side of the drawer. You can adjust how far out you pull the tabs.
