Answer:	Four and one half inches usable height. I say four and one half inches although it can be extended an inch higher but mine will not maintain that height under much pressure. Lowest: a solid inch and a half.

Answer:	This will not raise up high enough to keep your feet at the level of your bottom--but it should keep your thighs parallel to the seat instead of them hanging down and putting pressure on the backs of your legs--which can also affect swelling. It has really helped me with back pain from sitting extended periods for work.

Answer:	The feet have grippers. Mine is also on carpet & next to the hard drive so no slipping.

Answer:	I don't think this could take the regular impact of putting feet on top of it, much less shifting around. It is a fine minimal use desk, but I don't think it should be used to bear a dynamic load of possibly hundreds of pounds, depending on one's body position.

Answer:	I am more inclined to say no.It is really for use as a footrest. I do not know how you will control the up and down movement of this footrest.

Answer:	It does not slide that easily. It has rubber tabs on the bottom that provide a decent grip - just make sure they are kept clean and free from pet fur, for example. I find this to be very nice, well-made product compared to what I had previously.

Answer:	When fully raised, the back pad is 24" (front) to 27" (back) and the knee pad is 19" (front) to 16" (back).
Question:	I have bought a few footrests, they are wobble and cannot be fixed.Does it lock into place after adjustment
Answer:	The cushion in this chair for both the knees and butt are firm. Assuming you mean SHIN, and not CHIN. My shins hurt for the first few days as you are supporting yourself back with your knees and shins. I have never had pain in my knees from the chair though, just shins, and that goes away after the first few days. I am able to tuck my toes behind the base and take some of the pressure off my shins. I have had mine for awhile now and I still love it. Tends to keep me sitting up straight and not slouch. Just for reference, I am 5'5", about 135 lbs.

There is no set height for these kneeling chairs, we have heard on occasion that customers over 6 feet tall have felt the all black kneeling chairs were a bit small. The varieties with the wooden bases are a bit larger and preferred by taller than average people. However, it all depends on the individual. If your height is in your legs, you might notice the chair being a bit snug. Whereas, if your height is in your torso, you might not notice this at all. I hope this information has been helpful. Answer:	Yes, it has rubber stoppers, I have mine on a tile floor and I’m able to slide it around with my feet if I want it closer or further away. It hasn’t slipped out from under my feet at all though.
Question:	Should you use this footrest while wearing shoes
Answer:	Yes, it locks into place using the turn screws on the sides. Mine doesn’t wobble at all.
Question:	How many watts does this footrest
Answer:	Yes, it has rubber feet. However, I have a non carpet surface and it does still slide because it’s not very heavy. Still a comfortable option as a foot rest though because I just slide it back pretty much automatically.
Question:	Does this footrest make noise when rocking
Answer:	The lowest is 4 inches and the highest is just about 5 1/2 inches. There are only two settings for height.
