Question:	I assembled but the bottom won’t stay together on the wheels if I lift the chair, the seat comes apart. Is this normal
Answer:	No that is not normal. Make sure you assembled the bottom plate to chair securely and Wheels should pop/snap in securely. The step ring slides onto chrome shaft and is tightened by a knob on ring. The chair should slide onto shaft, (hydraulic piston), and securely sits on shaft and lever on side of chair should adj. height levels. Make sure all screw fasteners are tight. Other than that contact the vendor or mfg.

Answer:	I can answer with info gleaned from the two co-workers who actually use the chairs. These 2 guys work behind the service desk of a Ford dealership. They are constantly in and out of the chairs. Both guys are between 5'9" & 5'11" and between 210 & 250 pounds and neither has any problem with the chairs whatsoever. Plopping down in chairs when they actually sit to answer a phone call has put the most strain on their chairs in the past and these chairs are holding up great. Answer:	I can't speak for pulling the cart behind you, but if you're pushing the cart there are certainly moments when your shin will bump against the basket.

Answer:	We take ours on some pretty shabby sidewalks, and also the road during the winter, but our distance is just two or three blocks. The rear wheels are much larger than the front, so the cart works best when pulled behind you, tilted to feel comfortable, with the front wheels raised. It will follow you very well that way.

Go for something softer like a . 73 or smaller.. of you're single picking and doing fast jazz solos then this is perfect, though you might not get the best tones out of this pick. The tone won't be bad but personally I'd prefer to use something smaller.. the thickest pick I'd use for jazz is a. 88.. i think an . 88 is perfect for both strumming and pretty fast single picking, and the tones you get are good too. With the 1mm you might get tones that are way too warm even when you play some high notes. If you're not sure what to get, just buy a pack of 1mm, . 88mm, . 73, and something lower.
