Answer:	Yes. No problem yet. I put the trolley dolly in the cart. I usually put the food in a grocery so they can see what I am taking. After, I have paid the food, I transfer it to the trolley dolly. (I use the space more effectively in the trolley dolly. The time I used is time the cashier can't use on the next customer, if they did pack the cart.) 1 store requires a quarter deposit to use their cart. Sometimes I don't have the quarter, so I use Trolley Dolly, exclusively. Never a problem. Stores are used to seeing people with their own carts.

Answer:	These are great wheels. Not hard plastic but plastic-rubber combination sort of. They are durable on many surfaces I have traveled with them. Item dimensions are listed way under Product Information and I copied them and am pasting them here. Item Dimensions-16 x 14 x 40 in. This is my second large one as I need two to shop for groceries once a month. Each one holds about $90.00 of groceries, I have found. I also have the smaller one that climbs stairs but it doesn't hold nearly as much as the large. Still, if the elevator in my apartment building ever goes out I will have my stair climber. I just ordered my second large cart last night and I got the red pin dot one. Will be so cute with my black one that has held up perfectly for over a year now. I do love these carts. If you don't need to use the bag, you have a great dolly for hauling things to and from anywhere. Great wheels! Not the hard plastic of yesteryear. I DO strongly recommend getting the bungee cord if you are filling these bags up as they have a tendency to slide to the side of the dolly and off balance.

Answer:	Hi Jen, Yes it can be folded with the bag attached. It is quite adaptable and light in weight. I can actually put it on the passengers side with a little maneuvering in my 2 door Hyundai with my painting supplies for a class along with my portable oxygen, which I just might need. It's also very adaptable when grocery shopping and holds a lot.

Answer:	I'm online now ordering my second large one. I can fit $90.00 worth of groceries and still close the top and pull the drawstring to a sturdy position. I love, love, love, my large Trolley Dolly and since I sold my car and take cabs to and from the store this dolly can fit in the cab's trunk but I have always needed one huge extra grocery bag filled with groceries. So, I will now have two large carts. I have used this cart for many things including heavy mail packages and trips to the apartment complex garbage room. I have had only one regret with my cart and that is I didn't know there were bungee cords and I have needed them and so today when I place my order for the black and white polka dot cart, I will buy two bungee cords. I can't tell you how impressed I am with this cart. It is like pulling a feather when it is fully packed with anything. The handle is long as I am 5'7" and so pulling this does not make me have to bend my back. This would work for a 6 footer, also, I am thinking. Quality bag and the polka dot will look so cute with my first one which is solid black. The cab drivers help bring my stuff up to my apartment and so only once a month do I need to do grocery shopping but rather than ask the grocery clerk for a HUGE second plastic for me to haul with the cabbie hauling the dolly, I can now have both. FYI: I also have the Trolley Dolly cart that climbs stairs but that holds much less than the large bag. Also, I want the two large bags to fold together to fit in the back seat of the cab as this can be a daunting task to take two out that do not fit the same. Either way, it is a clumsy task but a necessary one. It rains a lot on the coast where I live and waiting for a cab to pick me up will be no problem for groceries getting wet because of the great flap that closes over the bag. A great product. I am very impressed with the construction and maneuverability of these great fold-up carts. I wish I owned stock in this company and could work for them. I have great pride in their products. :)

Answer:	I don't know. When leaving my last employment I left the cart for my replacement. I will say that the cart has a major design flaw. There is no cage on the bottom shelf and when turning a corner items would fly out onto the floor. For that reason I would not recommend this cart.

Answer:	Yes, the wheels actual swivel around in a circle. You can roll this cart in any direction. I would recommend this cart to anyone.
Question:	What are the dimensions of the grip ring for the casters
Answer:	I can't say for sure, but since the shelves just fit over the top of the "legs", I don't see any reason why you can't flip over the top shelf. Or, if you can't do that, you can get some boards to put into the shelf to raise the microwave over the height of the shelf "lip". FYI, be careful that you sit the LEGS of the microwave on the boards, so that if your ventilation fans are underneath (like my brand - Kenmore Elite), you won't block the airflow and burn out the microwave motor. Looking at my microwave, the door isn't quite flush with the bottom, anyway. So, the boards underneath should definitely work. I LOVE my cart! It will carry very heavy loads and works well for extra, mobile storage. Hope this helps you!

Answer:	The two lower (of 3 total) shelves can all be adjusted in 1 in. increments - however to make sure the cart stays rigid, the top shelf should be at the top as manufacturer recommends, and must use at least one more shelf, which could be placed 20 inches above floor (the total height of cart's 4 poles using included wheels is 32 and 1/2 inches, and using all 3 shelves middle shelf 18 inches above floor) - without bottom shelf cart is stll stable
