Answer:	Like the other person said, there are no markings on the opener that says the country its made in. But the packaging does say made in China. However, this opener works very well and I would still purchase it again even after knowing that its not really "Swiss" made.

Answer:	Yes, it has the lid lifter, the bottle opener, and of course the safety can opener. It is heavy duty, not flimsy at all. I've been using mine for about a year with no problem.

Answer:	Have not purchased, but here's some insight on being listed as dishwasher safe while the instructions say to hand wash. Many things for use in the kitchen are designed to be dishwasher safe, possibly due to there being many people who will put stuff in the dishwasher without considering if it's ok to do so. Dishwashers are not gentle. They very forcefully spray very hot water on everything, and during the wash prob of the cleaning cycle a gritty substance is mixed with the water to give it scouring power to essentially scrape off dried, struck on food. The top rack gets less power being further away from the water source, which is why some things are labeled as being top-track safe. Because of how dishwashers clean, manufactures will almost always recommend hand washing, as it is much gentler, even if their product is designed to be dishwasher safe. Also, hand washing will almost always lead to whatever needs washing listing longer than if you use a dishwasher. Silverware and other solid metal things that don't have some special coating (like Teflon or the seasoning of a cast iron skillet) and aren't mechanical are about the only things that you don't have to worry about damaging, aside from possible discoloration.

Answer:	We offer a #4 sheet metal grommet and washer that yields a 1/2" hole, but #3 is the largest self-piercing grommet we offer. The sheet metal grommets will require that a hole is pre-punched in the material before setting.

Answer:	It does not go completely flat. I don't own the desk personally, it was purchased for location shoots on a film production I worked on so I don't have access anymore but if I remember it was at least 1 foot or 18 inches at its lowest.

Answer:	A keyboard tray can be added, however, that could affect the ability to fold the table.

Answer:	We do offer a #0 XL rolled rim grommet and spur washer, as well as a #2 XL rolled rim grommet and spur washer set, both in stainless steel, but we don't currently have them posted on Amazon.

Answer:	Unfortunately no, just about every item we offer has a unique set of tools, so #2 self-piercing tools are not appropriate for any item but the #2 self-piercing grommet and washer combination. We do offer snap tools for the 405 machine, but we do not currently have them posted to Amazon.

Answer:	The box says 3 dozen, I count 36 tube sides and 37 washers. (extra probably got in because they stack so tightly). They seem the right weight to be actual bright brass and don't have defects from any plating operations but as I haven't tested for corrosion results, I can't be certain.

Answer:	Hmmm, I’d be interested to know why and if it works. The wheels are a vertical thread through the base. I think it’s a 1/4” don’t know the thread count. It may be a 3/8” hole. The wheels are held on by a nut that measures about a half inch. Can you do it. I have no idea, but I’d sure like t know if you’re able to do that. Good luck

Answer:	It does sit on the bolt heads - but I don't really move it around much, nor have I bothered to turn it upside down to see if it has scratched it. You would always cover the bolts with mole skin is that was a concern of yours. Just an FYI - corn pads (for your feet) also work well when you need to cover a bolt.
