Answer:	I've just measured my Lorell single cart. Its dimensions are 15 1/2" Wide, 13" Deep (measured at the wheel base) and 19 3/4" High (17 3/4" High without the wheels), so it will fit in a 22x22x22 inch space. "Product dimensions" you refer to, 28.5 x 17 x 6.7 is the same cart, disassembled and in the box, which is what you'll get if you order it. Once assembled, it's 15 1/2 x 13 x 19 3/4.

Question:	Are all hanging folders made the same? i bought a box and they do not fit. i tried two different folders from different orders. what am i doing wrong
Answer:	As far as I am aware, hanging folder sizes, legal and letter, are standardized. The box of hanging letter folders that I bought to use with this cube work fine. If you are having a problem, I would wonder if perhaps there is a problem in the file cube that you got. Out of curiosity, double check the cube measurements, see if they match the measurements given for the cube, as well as the width for standard letter hanging folders. You may simply have a lemon and need to return that cube.

Answer:	I would not use it for that unless you are going to fill the file. Otherwise, they'll just fall over and be hard to go through. I am very happy with the hanging folders in the rolling files.

Answer:	I have 2 rows of 8.5x11 cardstock side by side on both the top and the bottom. Hung the lower level lower so that both the top and bottom do not hit each other, and still have about 3-4" between the top and bottom folders.

Answer:	This is actually 30" high with wheels not 28". I bought it to go under my desk which has 28 1/4" clearance. I've found another place to keep it but am disappointed about the inaccurate web description.

2 Metal Hanging Dividers

The rolling cart comes equipped with 2 metal hanging dividers to help you separate and effectively organize documents. The frame design can accommodate letter size and legal size folders. You can also slide the dividers and adjust it to your own storage preferences.

Tapered Sleeves

The tapered sleeves allow the height of the shelves to be adjusted. Simply attach the tapered sleeves to the desired height and slide the shelves over them. The shelves will be held and secured in place.

Caster Wheels

Answer:	I bought the same boxes as those that came with the cart.
Question:	How much weight will the cart withstand
Answer:	My cart is totally full of pendaflexes, folders and paper, plus I am guilty of stacking items on top of it temporarily, such as books, my laptop, or such. Supporting the weight has been no problem. It is quite sturdy.
Question:	Including the legs and wheels, what is the height
Answer:	22-1/2" High, including legs, Cover and wheels. Works well for sitting and easy to put under table or desk.I sit all day in front of a computer, so it works well for me. I love it!!! I have two of them.
Question:	Do the hanging folders stay in place or do they occasionally fall off the track
Answer:	The folder rails are not "locked" in place, however for the money, this is truly a perfect "active" file holder. The hanging files have to be "jarred" in some way to come off the rails. I discovered these on a fluke and have bought them for both companies, and I really love them. I keep my active vendors, employees, and Payroll...etc in these. At the end of the work day, they roll right under our printer workstation tables.

Answer:	Well didn't have mine out last year so can't remember if plastic or coated metal but I don't think you have to worry about them breaking, they are very sturdy. These chains/cables are awesome, you won't be sorry. I am an elderly disabled lady and love them.
