Question:	I can't get my camera to connect to my wireless wifi, anyone have tips? My router is not in the same room as the camera, is that the problem
Answer:	The IPCAMHD82 is compatible with 2.4GZ wireless only. I suggest you configure it to ethernet direct to router first. Skip the wireless install for now. Once connected to enet , make sure it is functional. Go to Settings, Network and re add the 2.4gz wireless network. erase and read the network password. Apply these settings. Then wait 3-5minutes and hopefully the wireless network will connect. Then remove the enet cable.
Question:	Can I login to my wifi from the camera if I have to login through a splash screen? My internet needs a username and password entered through a browser
Answer:	You can login directly through the SereneViewer App but will still require your WIfi or the password of your Internet router/modem.
Question:	Does it work with 5.4ghz wifi

Answer:	YOU CAN. There is a cheaper way, just by an additional sensor and hook it up to the same HS-700. I have four sensors hooked up to mine.
Question:	Are there different voice messages for different conditions. Or does it us a single message and you have to count the number of beeps like PhoneAlert
Answer:	There is a vocal message indicating the alarm condition.
Question:	If I buy an extra water alarm, can I tie it parallel to the existing alarm and, if one of them senses water, it would trigger the alarm
Answer:	You are correct that wired in parallel as many sensors as desired can be used. The alarm unit will go into alarm if any one of the sensors is triggered.
Question:	Does the water sensor work just on sumps or will it sense dampness/moisture on the basement floor or bath cab if you run the sensor to that location
Answer:	For sure it works anywhere on the floor when it senses dampness. I think the sensor would work on any surface that becomes wet. It is independent of the sump pump. It is however wired to the unit ( about 12 feet), but the directions tell you what gauge to use, should you wish a longer length.

Question:	Why can't I use rechargeable batteries
Answer:	You can use them. However alkaline AAA batteries measure about 1.56 volts when new. Rechargeable AAA batteries will measure around 1.2 to 1.25 volts right out of the charger. So this pager will soon recognize the rechargeable batteries as nearly dead already and the pager will stop working. This pager also has parasitic properties anyway, in that it will drain batteries while it just sits. The only way to overcome that is to always remove the batteries when not in use. The mfr. could correct this for future buyers, by incorporating a manual on-off switch for this unit.
Question:	How loud is the alarm? Would it would for people who have partial hearing loss
Answer:	The volume is adjustable in steps from very loud to very soft. I have partial hearing loss and have no problem hearing it at a medium setting. The loudest setting will wake the dead. (Or the very asleep!)
