Answer:	Yes, both call buttons come with a lanyard. You can hang them around the neck, or you can set them in a holster that sticks to the wall (I used Command strips instead of the provided sticky tabs so the holster is easily removable if I want to move it). Each button comes with a holster and a lanyard so you can choose. We have one without the lanyard stuck to the wall in the bathroom. The other is on a lanyard that my mother can wear around her neck but then we put it in the holster by her bed so it is accessible to her in the night.
Question:	Is the watch waterproof
Answer:	Not that I am aware of. The call button uses a small battery A235 12V. It lasts a long time. The Pager uses AA batteries. We had the units over a year and never replaced the call button batteries. We replaced the Pager batteries twice.

Answer:	Mine allows me set a code between transmitter and receiver. I should think codes not close to the same settings could prevent crossed signals. However mine is now into it's third year, process may have changed.

HOWEVER, select a location where it would not be exposed to water or water vapor (Steam). Mine is located on the outer wall of the walk-in bath/shower, within arms reach of the commode, and low enough to be reached from the floor. I've had the system for eleven months or so, used it multiple times following surgery, and the battery is still strong. The receiver (Square Box) plugs into a standard 110v outlet - Just be sure the outlet you choose is NOT controlled by a switch. Well worth the cost!

Answer:	It works through walls for us but it is in an older house so I'm not sure how much interior insulation it has.

Answer:	The button is waterproof in daily life, but can not be immersed in water. Due to the water temperature may be a little high when showering, so it is not recommended to wear it, it can be placed or hung to the next.

Answer:	Hello John, Yes, it is possible to add another receiver. I purchased these same items, as pictured, and later purchased another different set that was battery powered and they all work together. Please note that I do not recommend the battery powered receivers, because I already needed to use my button and the battery powered receiver's battery was dead. Also, be aware to check your buttons/receivers frequently. one time the battery in one of my buttons was dead and needed to be replaced. Question:	Does the watch know which call button has sent the alert? For example if there are 5 patients in differenct rooms. Can you add more watches
Answer:	Step 1:Press the " forward " / " backward " button on the receiver to choose your favorite melody. Step 2:Press and hold down the volume button ,until it makes a "Ding" sound and the receiver indicator flashes. Step 3:Press the call button quickly,it will makes a "Ding-Ding" sound and the receiver indicator flashes. Step 4:Press the call button again to confirm whether the current ringtone is the one you have set,if yes,the pairing is completed. Is it convenient to provide the order number？ I will send you a manual to you.
