Answer:	Yes, What I do is open the 5LB of flour and kinda let it slide into the container still in the bag. works great. the sugar I pour the 4LB bag without the bag into the container. Answer:	We have not had an outage since I have owned this, but since it is a land-line phone I assume the phone will work on the old type phone lines, but maybe not the answering unit. Question:	Does the first handset have to plugged into the phone line, or can you just plug it into a power outlet
Answer:	I don't use the system any more. Circumstances changed. I liked the system and the company was good about support when I first purchased it. It seems to me you can set the number of rings before it goes to VM. 4 rings is the number I remember. Sorry I could't be more helpful.

Answer:	Is there a way to turn off call waiting? I have an obi200 setup on here via google voice but my google voice is setup to ring multiple phones such as magic jacks. So i have my google voice setup to ring 3 magic jacks at the same time. When not connected to system all phones ring simultaneously. However when connected to system line 1 rings and then goes into a call holding pattern. Why does line 2-4 not ring if I am already on line 1 shouldnt the other lines ring?

Answer:	Possibly because people who prefer to have a white phone have fewer choices, so they want to capitalize on that. I bought this white phone for my handicapped brother because it is easier to see buttons, etc. on a white surface. However, I strongly caution anyone against buying this TERRIBLE phone. It sells itself on the large, clear buttons and display; however, it is a very complicated phone: what takes 1 step in any other brand takes 4 steps on this one. A very frustrating phone that has many strikes against it, all of which I can't remember because we had to replace it.
