| Answer: | It runs on 2 AA batteries. Even if you put rechargeable batteries in it, it would not recharge from the unit. You would have to recharge from a separate charger. So the answer is no. I have regular batteries in mine. I don't use it every day but it does seem to last. But if I was going to the library to do some work, I would bring an extra set of batteries with me. |

If you want to combine all scanned images it would help to have a third-party software (use the CZUR scanner to export images in PDF format, for example, and use a PDF editor to combine the individual images into one file). |
