1. Insert SD Card and Scan
To scan with your VuPoint PDSDK-ST470-VP scanner, simply:
- Insert your included micro SD card
- Press and hold the "Scan" button for three seconds
- Position your scanner at the top of your document or photo (up to 8.5" wide)
- Press the "Scan" button once, and move the scanner along the document or photo at a smooth, steady pace
2. Remove SD Card
Just press the micro SD card to unlock it and then you can pull it the rest of the way out.
Place the micro SD card into the included SD card adapter.
3. Insert SD Card into Computer
Using the included SD card adapter, insert your SD card into your computer, using your computer's SD card reader slot.
Note: If your computer does not have an SD card reader slot, you may also connect your VuPoint scanner to your computer with the included USB cable.
4. Transfer Scans to Computer
Depending on the Operating System of your computer, these steps may vary.
For Windows: Click the Windows menu icon in the bottom left of the screen. Double-click File Explorer, and then click "This PC". Your scanner's SD card should be listed among the options.
For Mac OS: Find your scanner's SD card mounted on the desktop and double-click. Your scans should be accessible in this directory.
