Answer:	Ultra slim 5mm - 7mm 2.5" SSD/H type drives. Recommend Ultra slim 5mm version as I've seen people with 7mm version damaged the clips of the bottom cover.

Answer:	Hi! The Color imageCLASS MF743Cdw has a USB port for a USB flash drive. If you do not want to print wirelessly, the Color imageCLASS MF743Cdw can be connected to a computer via USB cable (not included).
Question:	Does this printer come with ink
Answer:	As previously answered, yes, but it is not ink. Actually, laser printers do not use ink. They use a dry plastic based powder that is electrostatically deposited on the media (paper, glossy paper, card stock, or plastic transparency media), then heat is used to bond the powder to the media. I don't print very often, and found ink based printers would dry up between printing, making a single print job very expensive, and why I moved to laser printing.

The imageCLASS MF743Cdw improvements over the imageCLASS MF733cdw are through the customizable device platform, named Application Library, newly added features to the color multifunction include: Name and Scan: Assign a name (keyword, ID, date & time) to a sent file to assist in sorting into the appropriate storage location. Language: Change the default language used on the printer’s screen display. Copy (Enhance Text): Darken light-density text on originals during copying. Answer:	My keyboard tray over time came off too. I use my keyboard on top of desk in front of monitor now. It is still a great desk.

Answer:	Yes, but it is very small so a scanner/printer ( like almost all regular printers now a days) wont fit in there. A small printer ( just printer, no scanner or fax like all those 3 in 1 printers) will fit. I have an hp printer/fax/ scanner that didnt fit on it so i had to get rid of it. I built my desk without it, besides in my opinion it doesnt look good. Hope this helps.

Question:	Why is one of the hinges loose? I got the same issue on two printers shipped to me
Answer:	JVS, from your description, it sounds like you're referring to the two hinges for the MF267dw's platen (scanning bed). They are designed to extend somewhat to accommodate larger sized originals (such as books). One of those hinges has the wiring to power and control the document feeder on top, as well as additional reinforcement to support the weight when the lid is open, and so it is less resistant to movement. The other hinge will seem loose by comparison.
