Question:	Why is one of the hinges loose? I got the same issue on two printers shipped to me
Answer:	JVS, from your description, it sounds like you're referring to the two hinges for the MF267dw's platen (scanning bed). They are designed to extend somewhat to accommodate larger sized originals (such as books). One of those hinges has the wiring to power and control the document feeder on top, as well as additional reinforcement to support the weight when the lid is open, and so it is less resistant to movement. The other hinge will seem loose by comparison.

Answer:	Please forgive me for not seeing this email with your question! You can certainly buy the cartridge too. Amazon will not approve new suppliers of these cartridges, so before anything else I will need to adjust my current listing to also include the new cartridge when buying the printer. Please let me know if you are still interested after my delayed response and if so, what price would you need to be at for the printer with the current cartridge as well as the new cartridge. Prices for the cartridges are all over and very expensive, but I am open to agreeing on a price that works for both of us. Thank you for your interest and I look forward to your response. Answer:	Our faucet arrived this morning, and I just opened to discover that my faucet is clearly not new — the sprayer knobs look worn. Argh! Was very excited to have found this faucet for reasonable price, but not if it’s used!
