Answer:	You can order one if you want but the printer comes with a complementary one included jus follow the easy steps in the instructions and you are ready to go. Somebody says ( it is not my experience. I have had the printer for only two weeks) it last for more than 700 regular printed pages (?).

Answer:	No it doesn't. You can manually make it by flipping the page, and replacing it in the feeder tray.
Question:	Can you print on card stock with this printer
Answer:	I was printing on 65 pound card-stock and my printer accidentally sucked two pieces through the printer and printed just fine. So I imagine it would handle 110 pound card stock just fine.
Question:	Does this come with ink
Answer:	The cartridges that come with the printer are standard, full size, cartridges. You can purchase XL cartridges as replacements which will save you about 20 percent per page. There is also the option to subscribe to an Automatic Ink program called instant ink. You pay $3.00 a month and print up to 50 pages. If you print more, HP will charge you an additional $1 for each eset of 15 pages or more that you print. Most importantly, when you run low on ink, HP sends you more ink long before you run out. Answer:	No, the maximum size this machine can print is 8.5"x 14".

Answer:	Install the color as well and just never use it. Before print it’ll give you an option to choose color or black and you can also just use black.

Answer:	Yes, The Brother MFC-J491DW All-in-One inkjet printer Scans, Prints, Copies and double sided print/copy. The Unit should Fax however I do not the Fax capability installed. awesome little printer.
Question:	If you run out of a color cartridge, will it print in black
Answer:	No! I cannot get mine to print in black and white when any color cartridge is empty. It does NOT automatically print in black only and even when I change the settings, it refuses to print. Once I replaced the color cartridges, it happily printed in black and white again. I've never had a printer do this.

Answer:	Yes you can. I just scanned a 5 page document using the document feeder. Worked great!
Question:	Does the top lift up so I can scan books/other things that won't fit through the document feeder
Answer:	Yes it hinges up. The rear hinges seem to be able to lift up higher than just a page, like on a book, but it definitely lifts up. I normally lift up the top to scan one or two pages vs. using the document feed.

Answer:	My photo printing was excellent quality. Adjusting the paper feed system is not an easy adjustment, but much easier on the fourth or fifth time you use it. One small thing is there is a 1/16" white strip on top and bottom. Tom

Answer:	The 880 has touch screen fax buttons instead of physical buttons, uses different print cartridge model numbers (newer possibly) and has NFC support for phones that support. I have not used a 870 so I'm not sure if the 880s touchscreen is more responsive but usually they update the processor on refreshes. Answer:	Yes. Along with the 512GB NVME slot, there is a standard 2.5" HDD/SSD slot. I installed a 2TB HDD in mine with little issue.

Answer:	Ultra slim 5mm - 7mm 2.5" SSD/H type drives. Recommend Ultra slim 5mm version as I've seen people with 7mm version damaged the clips of the bottom cover.

Answer:	The HLL3270CDW has a black toner. If your machine's cyan, magenta, or yellow toners run out, you can choose Mono in the printer driver to allow you to keep printing.

Answer:	The HL-L3270CDW uses technology similar to our color laser printers but uses 4 LED assemblies instead of a laser unit.
Question:	Does it fax
Answer:	It won't scan or fax, but you can use services such as hellofax or hellosign to do that if you absolutely need to do so. You can also use an app called Microsoft Lens (free) for scanning from your smartphone.
Question:	When purchasing, does it come with the ink cartridges
Answer:	Yes, it comes with a set of toner cartridges. They are starter cartridges, but we have printer over 200 pages on them so far. Also, a full set of replacement cartridges from 3rd part manufacturers cost less than ink for most inkjet printers.

Answer:	I'm having the same issue. I installed mine via my WIFI network and apparently when you do it that way it doesn't auto select and the directions don't explain it. I was reading in one of the forum on the Brother site and it explained how to install to get the auto select to operate. I just don't remember how to do it considering I need my network capabilities more than the auto select.
Question:	Can the scanning function create a multiple-page pdf file? Or will I end up with a separate pdf file for every page that I scan

Answer:	According to both the manual and my own personal experience going through every single andvanced setting, there is no mirror image printing option in Windows, only for Mac apparently.

Answer:	On the DCP-L2550DW, it has a Automatic Document Feeder that will hold and feed 50 sheets automatically for copying and scanning. The Hl-L2395DW has a manual feed tray that will feed a single sheet. The DCP-L2550DW has a two line display and the HL-L2395DW has a 2.7" color display. They both will print 36 pages per minute.

Answer:	No, this is an invisible ink where the tattoo will only show up when under a blacklight, and when under a blacklight it will show up bluish/white. Under normal lights, you will not be able to see the tattoos this ink produces.
