Question:	Can I use these with a heat press? Or an easy press
Answer:	I doubt it , if the heat press or easy press 2 do not have heated rollers! if the laminate does not pass between two heated rollers, there will be air bubbles trapped and the laminate may not stay together and certainly will not look good! Apache laminating pouches are absolutely the best if you use a proper laminating machine!

Answer:	These are high-gloss with a minimal amount of UV protection. The reflectivity is comparable or exceeds that of Scotch Brand laminating pouches.

Answer:	Yes. I use the amazon brand (basics) which, by the way is a great machine! I have had zero issues and used many other apache and other brands with no problems. My machine will work with 3 and 5 Mil laminating materials.

Answer:	These pouches are seamed on the short side like the 8 1/2" (width) side of a sheet of printer paper.
Question:	What is the difference between the 5mil and 3mil pouches
Answer:	5 mil is .005 inch thick for each side of the pouch. 3 mil is .003 inch thick for each side of the pouch. A stack of 100 5 mil pouches is exactly one inch tall. 3 mil is fine for one time use or if you are storing the document away or in a binder. 5 mil is better if you will use the document in the field. I agree with the other users who said that Apache's 5 mil pouches are only actually 4 mil. Various other brands I've bought don't have that issue.

Answer:	I looked up what A4 means: 8.3x11.7 (210x297mm). So, it should be letter size. I bought this size, and it met my needs for letter size paper to laminate.

Question:	Can it take any brand pounces
Answer:	I don’t think there is a warranty for it. You should contact the seller because they did reach out to me after I gave my honest review about the product. Mine will work perfectly especially when I would laminate folders but I noticed that only after a few rounds, it will not have a good quality compare to the first ones so i need to turn it off, let it rest and turn it on all over again. Same process with just a few folders getting done so it was time consuming as well. But then again, I personally think that that the price matches the quality of the machine.. For the low price, I didn’t really expect a lot especially being a 13” inch laminator. Compare to the other brand, this is what I can afford for my classroom.

Answer:	To do cold lamination. Unfortunately, they have to be done as soon as you turn the unit on before it heats up.

Question:	can you cut them to make smaller tags
Answer:	Yes. I made luggage tags and I laminated them together and then cut into a smaller size for the tags. As long as you have a decent margin where the laminating sheets are able to be heated and laminated around whatever you are laminating when you make your cuts it should be fine. I tried a few by cutting them smaller before putting them through the machine and they worked fine. I am really happy with the laminating sheets and this machine! Excellent value!

Answer:	Sorry, I am not familiar with that laminator. I work in the classroom and we use these with our small Scotch tabletop laminators that use that size pouch for laminating. They are really good product and cost a lot less than the Scotch brand laminating pouches.
Question:	I want to laminate cards that have something on both sides, wil it be clear on both sides after laminateing
Answer:	Yes, it will be clear on both sides. I have done two sided card stock paper witn printing on both sides and both sides are the same.
Question:	After laminated a sheet of paper, can you cut the sheet and the laminate pouch still stick to the paper without laminated boarder
Answer:	I use this to laminate bookmarks which I cut out from the paper. Because it's 3 millimeters it does sometimes peel, I've found, if I don't cut outside of the vacuum sealed border it creates when it goes through the machine. I'd recommend 5 millimeter if that's an issue you foresee for your projects.

Answer:	If you want to laminate 1 side the best way to do that is put 2 pages back to back, laminate them then cut them apart to laminate a single side. There is a video on youtube I saw by Erica Arndt called Laminating tips & tricks that shows this "technique".
