To print on only the remaining label, I insert the sheet with the remaining label on the bottom and it feeds through and prints on the lower half of the sheet with the remaining label. If you’re asking how to print the label only and not the receipt, you need to select a “label only” or “no receipt” option through whichever website is generating your label. Hope this helps!
Question: What program/site do you use to easily print two different labels on the sheet
Answer: I cut all the sheets in half before printing. I use PayPal multi-order shipping to send all the labels I paid for in one batch to the printer at the same time. If I am printing nine labels, that's how many I load in the printer. No flipping the pages, no wasting one of the two labels on a sheet by having the mailing detail print out on one half if you forget to set up the print options correctly, or if you're printing labels on someone else's printer where it's not cool to mess with their settings.

Q:Why is my shipping label not completely printed? Toos mall or only part of it?

  • A:If you were printing your labels on a regular printer previously, please change your label size from 8.5"x 11" to 4"x 6" on the website that generates your labels.

  • 3, It will spit out two blank labels, and the label's gap should stop on the printer's edge. The LED will turn green after the printer confirms the laebl size.
