Answer:	A great musician, band conductor and family friend told my father that the harmonica is the hardest instrument to learn. Anyone can learn a few chords and mess around like Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Neil Young, etc. I don’t think that is hard. Answer:	You simply cannot get a quality/playable bagpipe for anywhere near this price. The lowest priced playable/quality set is closer to $800 at the low end. The good pipes will be made in Canada or England, etc.... These super cheap so-called pipes are typically made in Pakistan. The wood is questionable- typically some type of non descript wood that is painted black- look into the bores of the drones and you'll usually see no effort was made to conceal the paint job. The reeds supplied will likely be very poor and may not even be playable. Don't waste your money. Find someone in your area that knows good pipes and get suggestions from them where to purchase.

Question:	Does this harmonica use wind savers (is it valveless
Answer:	Maintance is non existant simply tap it against your leg or hand to get the spit out same as with a diatonic. I would wait to get a custom comb until the reeds show some wear. Chromatics are not the same as diatonics they have 12 or 16 holes not ten and are more difficult to bend notes. Chromatics are used mostly for classical and jazz because of this but can still be used for blues. Chromatics are also more expensive. I would get I believe a Hohner 270 instead of this one but it costs about $300. I have this one and am saving for the 270. Also the ability to read music is almost a necessity with chromatic although you can buy books with tabs for chromatic. Otherwise get Hohner Special 20 key of C and G for starters diatonic for $40. Hope this helps

Question:	what does the name special 20 imply
Answer:	The primary difference appears to be cosmetic, in that the cover plate has changed (for the worse, in my opinion). Rather than the fancier script it reads "Special 20" with the word "Progressive" in the middle. The screw heads that hold the reed plate in are smaller than before, and the diameter of the screws is about half of what it was. There are a couple of other little changes too, but not worth mentioning.None of these things are a big deal in terms of playability - pretty much non-issues, really. I'd still go for the earlier model (stores have tons of them around) just on looks, the older model just has a cooler appearance. Also, you could watch for sales on these (just before Christmas Amazon had a set of 5 for $106).Still, it's a good harp.

Answer:	Although not marked as made in Germany, Hohner has a major factory in Germany and as far as I know it is the only source for all their musical instruments. At one time they also made accordions, and probably still do.They used to include an engraving of the plant printed on onion skin paper in which they wrapped their harmonicas. (I think it was printed before WW1). The quality is good, and the slide is not difficult to push. I had a earlier model of the 64, and found eventually, a little lubrication helped.

Answer:	I have several chromatics, but now know I only need one. I have the 16 hole SCX Chromatix from Suzuli and the Chromonica 280 C from Hohner. Both do the job, but my preference is to the Suzuki because I have found them to be generally more reliable. And I prefer the 16 hole to bring in the bass notes! But the chromatic is limited by the large size of the holes; you (I) can't move around the notes as quickly as with the diatonics. Yes, Get the "C" which covers the 3 octaves. Good luck!

Answer:	G is lower than C standard C tenor (Low C) is an octave lower than C standard so even lower than G Seydel has also The Orchestra tuning that is still in C standard but starts on the G (like a 14 hole) that would be the Saxony model If you're looking for more affordable, great quality and slightly easier to play I would recommend looking at the Harmo Angel models (G, Low C or 16 hole)
