Answer:	This unit is a "delta T" heater, it does not regulate the outlet temperature. Outlet temperature varies as a function of inlet temperature and flow rate. The maximum outlet temperature is settable, 120 degrees recommended. In winter (North Alabama), my unit will not reach 120, even at minimum flow rate, a fast trickle, not useful for anything. The instruction book, available online, shows a good chart for outlet temperature at various inlet temps and flow rates. My unit, the smallest available, works fine for kitchen sink functions.

Answer:	Yes, it does a great job of cooling and a decent job of heating a room in our home. I would call it supplemental heat-if it isn't going to be super cold (-30), it should be fine!
Question:	Just purchased and am trying tk heat about 350 sq ft. it will not blow heat. its "warm" air. but we have it set to 75 and it feels ice cold... why
Answer:	I have it in my bedroom which is about 250 square feet. The air does feel cold but I have the put the thermostat at around 82 to start warming. After a couple of hours it gets too warm and then I lower it. I just use it to heat my bedroom when I need. I will usually go turn it on about a hour before bedtime.
