Answer:	I had to work with the Corel help desk for over 10 days to get mine to work on Windows 10. The software disk that came with it was labeled Windows 7 and 8 and Copyrighted 2013 (before Windows 10 was released). The help desk eventually sent me to a link where I could download a new version of Pinnacle Studio for Dazzle which was Copyrighted 2020. Maybe I just got a box that has been sitting on the shelves for years?

Answer:	You run the video from your camera through your computer via the Dazzle. It feeds to the dazzle program and then creates a cd. It is a bit of a trip learning to use Dazzle program including a few failed disk prints. Once you get it down it is a breeze.

Question:	do you offer a pinnacle studio 23 user manuel in book form
Answer:	I seriously wish there was a book or manual that would help me with simple procedures, like adding a subtitle at a point in my video, but I cannot find one anywhere. I spent half a day trying to figure out how to put a subtitle in and was not able to. The pdf manual talks about titles, but says nothing about adding them to your movie. In other programs I am used to putting titles on a title track and being done with it. But in PS23 there is no title track! I have searched and searched. I put in a title on a regular video track, but no matter what I do, I cannot get it to show up in the video! I am totally perplexed. This program does a million things and a lot of really fancy stuff, but I can't add a simple subtitle to my movie.

Answer:	No experience but I would guess that it would be less desirable if it did the conversion. 3D requires more information than 2D would provide. Depth would have to be inferred from information in the 2D video. Not a good way to go.

So, I upgraded to the new version 16 to have some familiarity. It has WAY MORE stuff than I'm familiar with but the basics are there and does have a tutorial that walks you through each step if needed (which I used!). I read the manual first (that helps) and watched some YouTube videos which are very helpful, by the way! When I get stuck I just click the Help button. It is not simple, but if you're willing to take the time to get somewhat familiar with what you want it to do, it's very logical and easy to pick up. I love that it can take all my old files and convert them to current formats. I'm not familiar with other programs on the market, but I'm very happy with this one that has lots of options to do as little or as much editing as you need. Hope this helps.
