That is the downfall of resveratrol, difficult for the body to absorb.

Answer:	I can’t tell you percentages but the capsules list 1600mg of active ingredients and transresveratrol is listed as 800 mg, so that would appear to be 50% of the active ingredient. I have been taking this supplement for about 2 weeks now and I believe that I am beginning to feel a difference in energy and joint relief. I just turned 68 and have been uncomfortable with osteoarthritis for a few years now. The pain is not as bad and in the case of my newest painful place, my elbow, it is greatly relieved. The product itself is manufactured in a facility that has been approved of by the FDA based on certain criteria. I have no idea what that criteria may be.

A careful reading of the label indicates that each capsule contains 151 mg of resveratrol. This is 50% of 302 mg per capsule, times 2 capsule = 605 mg in a daily dose of 2 capsules. The rest of the 1450 mg daily dose of 2 capsules consists of various plant extracts with no known beneficial value. So, when you're doing comparison shopping, keep this 151 mg per capsule in mind. That is all you're getting for your money. And as other Answers here imply, the actual potency of the 151 mg of "resveratrol complex" is itself questionable.

Answer:	It doesn't matter since, unfortunately for all of us consumers, nowhere on the label does it say what percentage of the extraction from the plant is trans-Resveratrol, which is the key info one needs to know!

Answer:	on the back of the bottle, this resveratrol comes from Japanese Knotweed according to the back label, despite the grapes on the front of the container

Answer:	Describing the product as "Pure Resveratrol", or Maximum Strength" without disclosing the purity content (amount of trans-resveratrol) is just another misleading statement. If the label does not clearly indicate the amount (or percentage) of trans-resveratrol, then there is no way of knowing the purity content (5%, 10%, 20%, 50%???). Based on the low price of the product, I'd assume the product is of low purity. Also, the 1000 mg dosage is per 2 capsules.

Answer:	While advertised as “100% Pure Resveratrol” this product is confirmed by an independent lab to contain only 3% TRANS Resveratrol, the rest is rice-flour and Japanese Knotweed impurities. Not sure why Amazon allows this company to defraud thousands of consumers, and the fact they declared the product as “Amazon Choice” is absurd.
