User questions & answers

Question: The led on my transmitter turns on for a moment and then shuts off right after i turn it on, even with new batteries. is my system broken? thanks
Answer: Nope it's not broken. Play on!
Question: Will this unit work with active basses
Answer: Yes! I use it with my active pickup bass all the time. This is a great product for both guitars and basses!
Question: What’s the difference between K or D channel
Answer: It is just the frequency of the transmitter: Frequency Ranges: D Band 542-566 MHz. K Band 470-494 MHz. In some areas there may be more cross-talk or interference within these bands, so the alternate may be better.
Question: Does the receiver have to be placed close to your amp for best reception
Answer: No, it does not. I use it on my board, I can go anywhere on the stage with no problem at all.

4. Mute Switch - This switch is used to temporarily turn off the audio output of the transmitter. Move this switch in the direction of 'MUTE' to turn off the output and move the switch in the direction of 'ON' to turn the audio on.

5. Power switch - Move this switch in the direction of the arrow to turn the AG8 power on; move it to the right to turn the power off.

6. Antenna - This permanently attached flexible antenna should be fully extended during normal operations.
