Answer:	I used Bona hardwood cleaner, Bona applicator/mop w/ spray including their microfiber pads, and LOW-gloss polish on 3 floors of a townhouse with teak parguet finished with oil and wax. Bona instructions say not for natural finish however I was desperate... floor was dirty and stained with scratches from moving furniture. The mop/applicator with spray is great and makes cleaning and waxing easy. Hardest part was masking the top of base to keep the walls clean. While the parquet was new in 1975, the house is old and floors are not perfectly flat - so a high-gloss wax finish would show every imperfection. I found the low gloss sheen perfect and exactly what I wanted. How did the floors turn out?? Twice as good as I had hoped. The Bona cleaner and wax system resurrected the finish amazingly well and I am totally satisfied... and I am an architect. Since then I had hoped to have a similar result on an old oak floor with practically no finish left, a lot of bare wood - it may have had a natural finish that had no maintenance - unfortunately Bona did nothing - I had to rent a floor sander and applied a light stain and polyurethane with the Bona mop/applicator with an excellent result. I have nothing but praise for Bona, and I have to confess that I did not watch the DVD that came with the product... maybe next job...

Answer:	Every paw and bare footprint leaves and oily imprint on my new laminate floors. Bona Cleaner won’t remove it. Buyer beware.

Answer:	I have solid oak floors and when I had them refinished the contractor told me to usu the Bona cleaner and high gloss polish . They are washed every week, polished every 4 or 5. They look great better than ever before. Use the bona mops, wash after use.. NEVER windex and NEVER scrub pad- sorry, but no wonder they look terrible.

You can apply multiple layers over an extended period of time and the shine just keeps getting better. Experiment with a small area and let it set for a few days. That should give you the answer. Answer:	I vacumn the floors and go over them with my dust mop and then apply the product. Our floors are 126 yrs old and they look newer than my floor in the kitchen that was put down 13 yrs ago. You can wash your floors with your mixture. It would not hurt to do that. This is the best product I have used thus far. Better than the Quick Shine in the Green bottle....stick with this one. It is far better

Dry dust mop prior to applying Hardwood Floor Luster to remove any dust/debris from your floors. For light cleaning of grime or dirt use a sponge mop or microfiber mop dampened with plain, cool tap water. Question:	I don't like the polish. Did anyone have success removing it? Thanks a lot
Answer:	Yes, after much researching, I've tried this on sealed real hardwood floors. I've tried several all purpose cleaners, liking KrudKutter the best. You can buy the concentrate and mix as directed for removing wax/polish (or the pre-mixed bottle is more expensive to use.) Mop onto an area of about 4 x 4 feet with a sponge mop, let sit for about 5 minutes (be careful not to do longer until you've tested on your floor!), then mop off, and rinse with clear water. This worked well for removing most or all traces of the polish (I had about 2 coats on the floor.) It will take patience, depending on how much floor you have. I did not have to do "hands and knees" scrubbing. I broke it up, not all in one day. You can read other tips on the Amazon reviews too. Other solutions worked, but KK seemed best to me.
Question:	This says it "leaves a protective layer." Does that mean that it repels dust and dirt and makes cleaning/dusting easier
Answer:	I wouldn't say it 'repels dust and dirt' no, you still need to vacum and clean. The protective layer is more of a gloss that hides the minor scratches so it looks shiny. A smooth surface is easier to wipe and clean
Question:	I have chemical sensitivities....what is the fume level?? And what is ingredient list
Answer:	There is a slight odor or chemical smell.. Which dissipates quickly. This product also dries quickly. There is no ingredients sheet on the bottle, but on the Weiman website you will find the MSDS sheet. Answer:	I don't notice them being any more slippery than usual. Then again, I have an area rug in my LR. It does give the floor a beautiful shine after application, but after a few days, the shine dulls a bit.

Answer:	no this product does not contain silicone if you have a question concerning this product I would contact Weiman company at (800) 837-8140 they will be able too tell you I looked on both bottles I did not see silicone anywhere on them.

Answer:	The Weiman Hardwood Floor Cleaner does not have an odor/fragrance. The Weiman High Traffic Hardwood Polish & Restorer does have a slight acrylic odor/fragrance to it.

Answer:	Yes, let the cleaner dry (about 45 mins) then use polish. Make sure you allow at least 1 hour between 1st & 2nd coat. Allow longer if a 3rd (I think 24 hrs is recommended) coat is applied. So far, I have not needed to polish again, I simply sweep and they stay nicely.
Question:	What's the best way to apply the polish? I have a hard time applying it evenly with my microfiber mop
Answer:	We would recommend applying the polish in a zigzag motion and then use the flat microfiber mop to spread the polish evenly.

Answer:	The Scott Glass blue paper towels are better for glass because they have a minimum of substances that cause smearing or leave a film on the glass.
