Answer:	A: I am not sure about an iPhone but unlike other reviews, I have had no difficulty hooking up my MacBook Pro or and iPad. Yes, you do have to purchase a cord but that’s more an Apple ecosystem issue than a fault with this projector. I have watched Netflix and Hulu (iPad) and Apple purchased movies / DVDs (MacBook Pro).

Answer:	Its great I have it set at 120 inches on a nice screen there's zero lag. It does better gaming than for watching tv. I cant tell the difference between it and my 50 inch 1080i tv. Answer:	For a 16: 9 aspect ratio 228" (19FT) screen the projector would have to be placed between 24' 6"- 26' 10" away. At that distance there need to be no ambient light. Answer:	Regular Native 1080P projectors on the market are over $250, and this is a Native 1280*720P projector and supports 1920*1080P. Actually, this Native Resolution is much higher than the similar price projector on the market because as I know the best rank VANKYO Leisure 3 and DR. J Professional HI-04 are all with Native 800*480P.
Question:	What're the differences between the Epson projector and this one
Answer:	Great value for its price under $100. I will admit this is not a $600 projector but it’s a lot closer to the $600 Epson projector then I ever thought it would be. It’s got amazing picture quality, great features. The fan is quiet, the sound is excellent, you can put movies on a USB jump drive and plug them directly into the projector for playing. Answer:	I checked it on the product detail page, the seller told us that Supported Resolution is the video file's resolution that the projector can be accepted to play, but not the projection display resolution. Question:	Will i need a tensioned screen
Answer:	A tensioned screen is probably nice, but it is definitely not necessary. A smooth painted wall, light in color and with a satin or flat finish will provide outstanding resolution and picture quality.
Question:	How do i use the spdif output without the speaker off icon showing in the top right of the screen
Answer:	Menu -> Setup(Cog symbol on left) -> scroll down in setup until you see "Options" -> Scroll down in "Options" until you see Information hide and then turn that on.
Question:	Can this use 220v
Answer:	if you buy it from Amazon US, it will come with a standard 110V plug. I'm assuming you need the right power converter or adapter in order to use it on 220v. Check the manufacturer's spec page to make sure it actually supports 220V. Some electronics don't support 220V (I fried my Bose Companion 5 speakers this way) and need separate power converters, but some don't.
Question:	How do i know i got the 2020 model and not the 2018 model. all the info on the item just says uhd

Answer:	Yeah I know It is kinda misleading about the refresh rates. The projector can’t do 4K above 60hz which is also the limit of hdmi but you can get up to 240hz at 1080p. I have tested this myself with my PC and I got 240 running at 1080. You will need a good hdmi cable tho to use these features. My 50’ cable cost about $200 but it’s worth it.

Question:	How far does the projector need to be on the ceiling to project
Answer:	Min 1680 mm Average 1851mm Max 2021 mm Offset 34mm The projector comes with distance and offset values in the manual Be aware there is no vertical or horizontal lense shift on this model. You will need to be extremely close with your measurements . A low profile ceiling mount is also needed if you plan on ceiling mounting with the screen near the ceiling
Question:	Any problems with dust getting inside the projector and distorting the image (dust blobs)? This was a problem with my 720P short throw Benq
Answer:	Had mine for a year, and yes I’ve had problems with this. I’ve been using it on the ceiling of a somewhat dusty room (adjacent to the cooking room) so it was certainly exposed to airborne particles. There are a few very mild dark spots that have begun to appear on the picture. I have not yet dissassembled it or hit it with compressed air so I can’t really say if this is a user-fixable problem or not. Overall the dust hasn’t really hampered my enjoyment of the projector, but it’s something to watch out for if you’re a stickler for screen uniformity.

Answer:	Pretty good actually the gamma will need to be adjusted as we games are pretty washed out and others are not on the same setting

Question:	Does using keystone make the top/bottom, or edges blur? A lot of projectors get blurry around the top and bottom when using keystone
Answer:	Not sure I have ever noticed. The Keystone fixes for projector being set to high or to low from the top or bottom of the screen(Depending on if the projector is sitting on a table or hung from a mount). The projector should be right side up and center of screen if in the table so that it cast the image upward, and hung upside down center with the screen if hung from the ceiling to cast the image downward. If it is not in the correct alignment it will pinch the top or bottom of the picture and the keystone will help correct this effect. Same as if the projector is not center with the screen, it will effect the left or right side of the screen. Question:	Does this model have optocal or digital zoom
Answer:	It has digital zoom only. You can zoom from 100% down to 75% through the menu.
Question:	How long should it be on for in a day (max) is it good for movies and gaming
Answer:	I use mine for movies and gaming. It works fine. It's got a 50,000 hour bulb so play away. The bulb is not replaceable so keep that in mind.
Question:	What are the actual lumans for this item? lux is different from luman's and makes it difficult to evaluate. also, what is the imput lag for gaming
Answer:	Don’t know the actual lumans. Compared to my other projector which was 2500, I would put it somewhere between 2500 to 3500. Don’t play games on it just use it for tv and movies. Very nice for the price.
Question:	Can anyone share their color, tint, and image settings? Default is way off
Answer:	I was unable to ever get the these settings correct after spending hours. I came from a Benq HC1200 which had excellent brightness/contrast & color. I finally gave up on this unit and will returning it because I could never get the picture to look right.

Question:	I need a projector that will show documents with very little glare on a classroom whiteboard. Would this do the job
Answer:	Not really, it doesn't display well on white surfaces. Epson has projectors specifically designed for classrooms. try the "EPSON POWERLITE 675W ULTRA SHORT THROW CLASSROOM PROJECTOR " it's cheaper than this one because it doesn't have as much features but if you just using it to present documents you don't need many of the features this projector offers. You don't need the wall mounted like you see in the images it works on a table as well.
Question:	Can I use this projector on Starboard or smartboard
Answer:	Yes you can use it but it doesn't provide function, but note that it is not as bright as some of the higher end models and does not integrate with touch software it is merely a projector. Very high quality resolution for the price.
