Question: Can this system be used with a guitar and bass at the same time
Answer: The transmitter has only one input/output. So it cannot be used on two instruments at the same time. It can be switched between two instruments very quickly with no "setup" required other than plugging the receiver into the correct amp. Also, as the unit transmits on only one channel, trying to "mix" two instruments would be less than ideal. You could (I'll muddy this up real good now) plug a bass and guitar into a mixer and transmit from a sub out and use the mono mixed signal thru the single channel. Doing so would require enough sound equipment on the reciever to sort out the bass thru a crossover or whatever. This would defeat the purpose of a wireless system...IMHO. My recommendation: buy two units. You'll like the unit.

Answer: It does. It works with active or passive. Also works well with bass or guitar. Works with 'fex. Develop good battery schedule for the transmitter and you'll love it! When the transmitter (instrument unit) batteries die, it does so quickly and without warning. That said, it isn't battery hungry. Battery life is quite acceptable and the batteries are easy to change.

Answer: I'm not positive. I put these on my harley which run showa forks, if your Yamaha has showa forks it's a good possibility they will work. These slide into the upper tree and have a bolt that secures them through the upper tree. If yours are clamped by the upper tree you will loose some of the lift and have to put a bolt in it still to seal the fork tube. 41mm wideglide models clamp at the top maybe search for those if yours clamp.

Answer: This loos like quality cable, so I see no reason why it wouldn't be able to carry the full audio spectrum. The main concern I would have is whether or not the connectors will work for our intended use.

Answer: I have not tried that but believe that would be doable. I wouldn’t use the same model for both Guitar and mixer to speakers. I would be concerned with system issues. I have several different brands and find I can mix them with other instruments without any interference. Overall these are really great at a reasonable price. I have used more expensive and bulkier units that didn’t work as well.

Answer: Yes in fact I have a number of other 2.4 ghz wireless systems that don't work with active pickups? These work perfectly with all my instruments with active pickups...Even my Uke with my LR Baggs Five O pickups did not work with any other wireless but my Lekato's do. Answer: Depends on the shape of your guitar. I have a long (extra connector pack purchased separately) & short combo on the neck heel/ lower body of my SG and the neck strap sits on the horn and the lower sits on the body while in the case. It hasn't hurt anything.

Question: If i set up, for example 4 guitars on stage, can I have 4 recievers plugged into each guitar at once ? Will I be able to play them separately
Answer: It has a mini-din connection just like what you would plug into the back of a computer. Course you can buy connectors for anything and no it doesn't play out of both speakers, just one speaker will have the sound. Still a good little basic metronome. I've moved on to the Korg MA-1 and I like that one also.
