Question:	My one mic is fading in volume sound can it be replaced? Or battery or anything to make it work again
Answer:	Mic sound fading can be many different issues. Battery could be getting old and cannot get a full charge. If low battery signal comes on frequently, that could be the problem. You might need to contact Vocopro to get that battery replaced. If battery is not the problem, it could be the receiver not picking up the signal as strong as before. Answer:	12 v. 1a or 1OOO mah would work, but it is best to get original replacements from VocoPro directly.

Answer:	I don't know that.

Answer:	yes they do, but do not leave them on the charger. It is nice to be able to have them charged and ready but don't leave them on the charger as a place to store them. I was told by a techy dude it can reduce the life of your battery by half if it is constantly charging. So, I bought a $5 plug in timer and set it for 2 hours before I use them and then they are ready to go.

Question:	Balanced or unbalanced outputs
Answer:	Assuming the basis for this question is that you have the VocoPro mics that are in the 600Mhz range and that you want to know if those can be changed. I asked that question to a VocoPro rep and he said yes. I will have to send the mic and the receiver via authorization from VocoPro to the address they would provide. There is a charge for doing this. Call VocoPro to get the latest info.

Answer:	These microphones are larger in diameter to the Shure SM58. The standard clip, I have found, is too small. I believe VocoPro sells the clip for these microphones.

Answer:	I found the frequency of the microphone to be shown on a label in the battery compartment. The color button on the bottom of the microphone will indicate visually the microphones difference in frequencies. If the button is blue then all microphones with a blue button have the frequency.

Answer:	I use these for a karaoke show every week, without any problems.A lot of feedback control depends on how you set your equalizer. If you don't have an equalizer, consider adding one to your system. If you eq your system & the room correctly, feedback should be minimal regardless of your microphone. On the other hand, if you keep your system loud, and run a lot of gain on your mics, you're going to get feedback if someone is careless enough to point the mic at a speaker. This is true whether you're using a high-end mic, or a "Bob's Bargin Basement Discount Special".The best way to avoid feedback is to: 1) know your equipment, and how to set it up; 2) plan your set-up - with the goal of keeping the singer(s) between, rather than in front of, the speakers, and; 3) when setting up, take the time to "ring the room" (BEFORE the audience gets there, or you'll make yourself famous in a way that you don't want to be). If you're not sure how to do that, there are some good (and free) online sound reinforcement tutorials.
