Answer: Always remove makeup first-use a solid oil-base cleanser (even for acnitic skin!) for about 1-2 minutes, rubbing well to remove makeup and any dirt/dead cells. Wash face with a water-base facial soap-make sure you take about 1-2 minutes to really rub your face to get all the excess sebum out. Once or twice a week use an exfoliator. Use your toner, gently pat it into your skin. Apply mask starting around the nose/eyes and let it sit from 10-20 minutes depending on the mask/personal needs. Remove mask and gently, yet firmly, pat face to maximize absorption and blood flow. Apply one or two serums, patting into your skin again. Use your moisturizer. At night you can add an overnight mask (it’s usually a type of serum). Day time use sunscreen. That’s the entire skincare method Koreans use. I have recently started this-I only do the masks at night because of time-but my skin has never felt, or looked, better. I am an adult acne sufferer and this has been the BIGGEST help.

Answer: Jennifer, I am a 52 year old woman and I've been using this product, along with Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Moisturizer for about 2 years. I was one of those teens who never had a blemish, even during that time of month. Twenties, no problems. Thirties I started getting black heads after the birth of my son and I mean all over my face all the time. This went on until I got 50. I don't know if it is due to my hormones or this product, but I do not have one blackhead now. I believe this product is only to be used once a week, that's how often I use it. Do yourself a favor and get a good daily face wash. Don't use soap on your face if possible. You're young, but if you start with a good daily face wash and a good moisturizer, you might not need the rapid wrinkle repair. LOL. Have fun in the sun but cover that face with the highest possible sunscreen. Neutrogeno has very good products. You should get this and look into their daily face washes and moisturizers. Question: Can you use these refill pads with the Neutrgena Wave
Answer: I have a wave. The old attachment grid (velcro like) fell off. the glue went bad. This item comes with what I thought was an adapter for wave. It's not. However, I used my fingernail to peel off the new attachment grid, the glue being very stickey, and placed it on the old wave head. Smoothed it out with fingers, pressed it on. All is well.

Answer: Yes, but... The "system" you've posted on includes the machine (handheld unit). All you really need is "Neutrogena Microdermabrasion System Puff Refills". The refills kit comes with the 'attachment head' that allows you to use the new puffs on the older microderm machine/device. I too have the one that came with jar of cream and sponge heads and the refill kit worked for me.

Answer: This cream slowly smooths out deep wrinkles. I don't have bags under my eyes so I really can't help.

Answer: I do not use ROC Retinol as a moisturizer. I put I on my face at night before I go to bed. I usually then read an hour and it has a chance to absorb into my skin.

Answer: I just received two jars that do not have inner seals.
Question: Would this creme be good for skin thats oily? I mean isnt the skin hydrated enough? Idk
Answer: It is mainly a wrinkle correction cream, so it is working on removing some layers of skin while hydrating. It can feel slightly “stingy” when first put on. It makes my skin flake off in areas. I am of retirement age, so not sure how it might react with oily skin. It does soak into your skin well.

Answer: Push the tab and it should pop out. May have to apply pressure to it while pushing the tab. Use the countertop so you do not cut yourself.

Answer: Agree -- after multiple passes, there was still a lot of hair. Perhaps it is only good for 20-30 year olds. Mine was a gift and is nonreturnable now that I have tried it.
Question: Not looking for hair removal as much as looking for an exfoliating device to help removal of dead skin cells, blackheads, repair sun damage
Answer: There are products to buff top layers but age or sun spots can be quite deep. I used a diamondbuff and put a scrape on my face. I use retinol a now and a sun screen to brighten my sun spots. Or you can put vitamin c. I use dermaplane to get my skin ready to absorb the lotion and potions. I wait a day before irritating my face with chemical after blading.
Question: Is it supposed to vibrate? I just bought one and it doesn’t work
Answer: It is not supposed to vibrate. The light is to help you see the fine "peach fuzz" better. This really does work. Give it a try. Not only does it remove the peach fuzz it removes the top layer of skin cells. Read the instructions and do what they say. You WILL notice you skin looks better after the 1st use. Remember it is normal to have a little redness right away. It will look better once that goes away!

Answer: No this does not fill in wrinkles. I found one that Philosophy makes, deep fill fix, at a local Ulta that does act like a face putty but if you just wear powder it sticks to it and you can see it. It might work if you wear a liquid makeup though.
