Answer:	yes, but you can't read the words. it must be connected to the tv if you want to read along. be warned though, this is not very good quality. we sent back our first because the volume control knob didn't work, and are having the same problem with the 2nd machine. we are past the 30 day return so are stuck with it

Answer:	The Singing Machine comes with s-video and audio cables that you can attach to your Television inputs or attach the audio cables to your audio system inputs to listen to external speakers. To attach an iPhone to the machine you will need to purchase an Apple iPhone TTY adapter ($19.00 from Apple online store or Mac Superstore), and a 3.5mm male to male audio cable. I purchased a 6 ft cable from our local Radio Shack, or go online to www.cablestogo.com ($4.99). You plug the 3.5mm cable to your Apple iPhone TTY adapter, then plug the adapter to the microphone input on the front of the machine. The other end of the 3.5mm cable plugs into your iPhone headphone jack.

The only way to tell is to look at the model number on the bottom box near the UPC bar code. If you turn the unit around, there are two microphone ports on the Best Buy exclusive karaoke machine. 1. How to use the provided wired microphone correctly?

Since the microphone is unidirectional, for better and clearer pickup, please keep your lips 45 degrees in front of the microphone within 1~2 Inches. Exceeding 2 inches may affect the pick up effect and even couldn't pick up any sound.

If your microphone is broken, you can get free replacement from us. When the microphone is too close to the speaker, it may cause a noise. It's a normal situation. Please keep the microphone away from the speaker when use and connect.

2. How often should i charge the battery?

Please charge for more than 6H for the first time. If the speaker is not used for a long time, please charge it periodically, otherwise the battery will be damaged. It's suggested to charge the speaker after each use.

3. If I want to use two microphones at the same time, how to do that?

Since there is only 1 "mic in" jack, it can be used with 1 wired microphone. If you want to use 2 microphones, you can buy a microphone set including 2 wireless mics and a receiver, plug the receiver into the "mic in" jack, and then you can use two mics at the same time.

4. Why my microphone get no sound?

Please turn off the machine and restart it..

5. How to use the FM radio?

Press the "Mode" button to switch to FM radio mode. Press and hold the "Play/Pause" button to automatically search for FM stations. The stations will be saved automatically. Stop searching stations by pressing the "Play/Pause" button again. The FM range is 87.5-108.0MHz.

Please note that each automatic search will start at 87.5MHz.
