Answer:	Sadly, my experience is the same. It seemed so solid, love the color and fit perfectly. But with the rain and heat of Texas, it dried up, fell apart, and now tears very easily.

Answer:	hard to say..i got mine in medium to fit a 42" grill and it fits up to 45" so i gave myself a little play room...it does have elastic on bottom so it is possible that it may fit an extra inch but not sure since mine was 3" bigger than it needed to be...i know this doesn't help much
